One thing that could explain why some signatories are no longer available is if you have a document retention schedule in place and some folders are automatically or manually deleted in eZsign. When a folder is deleted, the associated signatories are deleted as well. Otherwise, you should normally have access to recent signatories from the past 24 months. We also know that contact management in eZsign is an area we want to improve to make it more seamless for our clients. We currently have an enhancement request for this, and we recommend following it to stay informed of any updates. To do so, click on the Support Center in the top right corner.
