**What do you like best about eZsign?**

The platform is fairly intuitive to use, and the sign-in process is seamless. Adding new signatories or reusing previous signatories is easy. Customer support has been responsive to any questions or concerns I’ve submitted, and the knowledge base is helpful when I need a quick answer. Pricing is reasonable, especially compared to other products on the market. I also really like the feature that auto-populates signatures for the logged-in user—it’s great and saves time.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

I have to convert my fillable PDFs into flattened versions for eZsign to accept them. It’s not a huge deal, but it does add an extra step to my process. I’d also prefer if the date were a separate field instead of being tied to the signature field. I also haven’t been able to categorize or organize my folders very well—this may be a limitation of the plan I’m on, or it could be related to how I’m using the system.

**What problems is eZsign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The document-signing flow in our property management software has a terrible UI and overall user experience. eZsign lets me complete the signing process with prospects without adding a huge amount of extra cost to my overall software setup.

As for the date field, it can be customized in the document settings and placed wherever you need it, independently of the signature field.

**What do you like best about eZsign?**

We have been using eZsign for a few months and are very satisfied with its user-friendliness and intuitive navigation. One of the main reasons we chose this software is that it is developed in Canada, and we prioritize local products as much as possible!

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

The only "weakness" I encountered (the option might exist, but I couldn't get it to work) concerns the ability to add multiple recipients to an email without requiring their signature. Currently, it seems that adding a recipient automatically imposes a signature request. Having an option to include recipients in "carbon copy (cc)" or "read-only" without this signature block would make my workflows much simpler (we use the "Dependent on" feature to unlock a second document, those that need to be shared among multiple recipients).

Ezsign allows me to easily confirm the receipt of documents

**What do you like best about eZsign?**

I greatly appreciated the very advantageous pricing of eZsign, which allows us unlimited use without fearing an exploding bill. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and the onboarding is quick. The customer service is remarkable, responsive, and proactive, which really made a difference compared to our previous experience. It's also a plus to work with a Quebec company that is close to our realities.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

The only real hindrance is the lack of direct integration with our CRM/BMS, which forces our brokers to perform several manual steps to send and archive documents. This makes the process less efficient than with other more integrated options. However, given the price difference, our users feel it's worth it. There is also a minor annoyance with the size of the signature block in some pre-filled forms.

**What problems is eZsign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eZsign allows us to simplify the transfer and signing of important documents, both for our member firms and for their insured clients. The tool makes the process much smoother, whereas it was previously filled with irritants.

**What do you like best about eZsign?**

I appreciate the ease of use of eZsign, both for myself and for my clients. Daily use is easy. In terms of performance, clients receive the contract instantly. The initial installation was very simple and quick, taking only a few minutes. I have not encountered any problems since I started using eZsign 18 months ago. The pricing is $184 including taxes for one year. In my opinion, it is good value for money. I highly recommend it with a rating of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

I would like him to propose integrations with other apps to make my work easier. The AI could also be more advanced and allow me to go faster.

**What problems is eZsign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use eZsign to send contracts to my clients, and I find the platform easy to use for both me and my clients. The initial setup was simple and quick.

**What do you like best about eZsign?**

Ease of use is a strong point. I only had to consult the documentation a few times to tweak certain settings, and even then it was straightforward. Overall, it’s quite easy to get up and running and start adding templates.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

Sometimes I have to re-enter a signatory’s information if I end up closing that person’s folder too early. It would be helpful to have a list or database of signatories where I can view them and add or remove them, without needing to be inside a Signing folder.

**What problems is eZsign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I deal with revolving MSAs and other policy and procedural documentation that I need clients to sign off on. Before, this was handled with pen-and-paper or a half-assed Adobe signing process, which meant certain required fields would get missed and we’d end up back at square one again.

Technically, when you add a signatory and search under Recent Signatories, you should have access to all signatories that were entered in the past 24 months.
 
One thing that could explain why some signatories are no longer available is if you have a document retention schedule in place and some folders are automatically or manually deleted in eZsign. When a folder is deleted, the associated signatories are deleted as well.
 
Otherwise, you should normally have access to recent signatories from the past 24 months.
 
We also know that contact management in eZsign is an area we want to improve to make it more seamless for our clients. We currently have an enhancement request for this, and we recommend following it to stay informed of any updates.
 
To do so, click on the Support Center in the top right corner. Then, go to the Followed Enhancement Requests section, click Show All Requests, and enter Contact in the subject search field.
 
You will find the request F-000021 — eZsign Contact Manager.
 
Once you follow this request, you will automatically be notified whenever we update this specific enhancement.

**What do you like best about eZsign?**

I find the user interface very straightforward and easy to use. For signing, initialing, clicking radio buttons, and checkboxes, everything was very straightforward and easy to understand. I was up and running within a short period of time, maybe half an hour before I was able to send my first document. It's an easy to use, easy to adopt platform that provides all of the same tools. It allows me to get documents signed quickly and efficiently, gives me multiple avenues of contact for clients, and helps me avoid having to meet clients face to face for signing of documents. The initial setup was very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

The only issue I have had so far is the way eZsign templates are set up. The documents I use are partly to blame because the size of my template will change frequently, which results in my signatures being moved to different areas of the document. The signature line may move if I've added extra paragraphs or notations. This happens frequently and It forces me to go over the document each time in detail.

**What problems is eZsign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use eZsign for all my mandate consent forms and other documentation clients need to sign. It lets me get documents signed quickly and efficiently, gives multiple avenues of contact for clients, and helps me avoid meeting clients face to face for signing.

his issue can be addressed by using keyword-based field positioning (available in certain plans).

Instead of placing signature fields at fixed coordinates, the fields can be anchored to specific keywords within the document. This allows them to automatically move with the content, even when the layout changes due to added or removed paragraphs or other edits. As a result, you won't need to manually reposition the signature fields each time the document is updated.

**What do you like best about eZsign?**

I find eZsign really simple to use, which is great because everything is very simple with no complex things involved. It's also compliant with Canadian standards, which I appreciate. It's very good to use and makes sending documents for signings much faster. I'm very much comfortable with eZsign compared to what I was using before, DocuSign. Plus, the price was a big reason why I made the switch, and I find it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

In eZsign, when we put the signature, the size of the signature box is staying the same always. If we could edit the size of the signature box, it would help because most of the time, the signature is overlapping with the wordings.

I use eZsign for client compliance documentation, it's simple and complies with Canadian standards, making it fast to send documents for signing.

**What do you like best about eZsign?**

I love the ease of use of the eZsign platform. Receiving and routing automatic emails for signature reminders is really useful and efficient, as it avoids having to do the follow-ups myself to obtain signatures. The platform automatically sends reminders to signers who have not completed the document signature. The installation of eZsign was very easy, and I am very satisfied with the platform, to the point of recommending it to a friend or colleague with a rating of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

I believe that what could be improved is to automatically schedule a longer duration for obtaining signatures, because an annoyance is when the link is no longer available because it has expired and you have to manually extend the duration granted for the signature on the platform.

eZsign facilitates electronic signatures and saves me from having to do follow-ups myself thanks to automatic reminders. I appreciate its ease of use and the efficiency of automatic emails for reminders.

I appreciate the simplicity with which I can create folders and send the entire set to the client.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

The mobile version for signing doesn't seem very responsive. Adding fields is somewhat archaic and there are many bugs. For example, if you force the signature by hand and then change the document assigned to the form, you have to go back and check "force the signature by hand" again, because the field changes by itself. I also have trouble simply copying and pasting fields to keep the same format: when I do this, the client's information duplicates in the form.

We chose eZsign because it is a Quebec-based company. For us, it is important that the sensitive data that passes through it remains in Quebec and Canada.

Moreover, the use and interface are very simple, and the tool integrates perfectly with our multi-user document signing process.

The rates for a non-profit organization are reasonable for this type of service.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

I have never managed to add folder types and I can't find any information on this subject. If this option is not included in the subscription, it should not be offered.

**What problems is eZsign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to centralize the signing process, no more email chains like in the 2000s!

The speed of signing and the ease of use make the tool simple and pleasant on a daily basis. I find myself signing leases in the blink of an eye, instead of having to make in-person appointments and spend 30 minutes signing a lease.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

I don't really see any points that don't work. Overall, I am very satisfied with the platform.

I appreciate the speed with which I can have my leases signed. I no longer have to schedule in-person appointments with my tenants: now, everything is done remotely, and they receive a copy of the documents directly.

**What do you like best about eZsign?**

I love the ease of use of eZsign. The steps before sending the document are very simple, without the need for much explanation. For the person signing, it's very simple because they can see the document and the spaces to sign. It also makes my task easier, because when I have to sign several almost identical documents, it takes me less time than signing them by hand and scanning them afterwards. Moreover, the initial setup is very simple, as everything is indicated step by step. The administrators of our organization are very satisfied because the signing process is less demanding.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

The only thing that needs improvement is to make eZsign recognized, because when I send the signature emails, if I don't warn that I have actually sent the request, people automatically think it's spam.

**What problems is eZsign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eZsign simplifies contract signing for me, complies with Law 25, and avoids travel. Its ease of use satisfies our team and simplifies the signing process by reducing the time spent signing and scanning documents.

It’s easy to use, and I like that it lets us upload our own documents for e-signature. I also appreciate that it’s a Canadian company.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

For some features (e.g., modifying the time window to allow more time for others to sign), it can take a while to figure out where to go to change that setting.

**What problems is eZsign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows people to sign easily without having to print, sign, and send it back. It also lets people sign faster since it can be done on a smartphone as well. Overall, it’s a real time-saver.

- When creating the folder, during the Add Documents step.

I can't download the signed forms from EZ Max with a Windows. It says it only works with Mac iOS

i am a real estate broker and I need my clients to legally sign forms and have proof of their signature.
I am happy with the pricing compared to DocuSign.
I made a mistake when buying my plan and the support team helped me fixed it. 
The interface is easy to use.
The system seems quick to deliver emails.
The AI capabilities seems good.

Working in the legal field, we need proof of electronic signature, and that of eZsign is complete and particularly comprehensive. The use is simple, and the tool allows for efficient document management.

It would be good to be able to manually adjust the title of the entry, or to be able to reduce the size of the signature, initials, or any text area. Indeed, it often happens that the initials exceed the square already present in the PDF document, or that the space provided for the signature is too small, causing the signature to encroach on the text.

We must regularly, if not periodically, have our clients sign legal documents, and using eZsign makes our work easier. Moreover, all our clients find the process quick and simple.

I would like to have the individual option to create mass sends to multiple people, each of whom can sign their own copy, which I don't currently have.

I like that eZsign allows me to send important documents confidentially and have more than one signer. Before, it was difficult because we used regular email sends and went back and forth with emails, which was long and inefficient.

EZsign is easy to use and highly practical. Signatures completed through Ezsign are widely accepted by insurance companies and banks. Very satisfied. The performance is great. The onboarding was good. I didn't use IA nor Integrations so I can't comment. The price is competitive.

At first, I didn't understand the steps related to the signatures and forms. So sometimes a client would receive the documents to be signed but would only sign one document and not all because it would then be sent to the 2nd signee.

There isn't much that I don't like about this software. Sometimes, I would like to be able to simply add a "date" tab without having to include an electronic signature. Apart from this small detail, I find the product really very comprehensive.

**What do you like best about eZsign?**

I use eZsign daily as part of my work as a real estate broker. I realized that I no longer have to travel to my clients for trivial signatures; I can do everything remotely with eZsign. Its use is really very intuitive, which is a real plus. Then, even if it may seem trivial, I really appreciate the night mode for my personal enjoyment. The initial installation also went very well; it was very smooth. Also, I am very likely to recommend eZsign to a friend or colleague; I would give it a rating of 10 on a recommendation scale.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

Possibly include the addition of multiple fields in a document with a single click. For example, select two people as well as "city of signature" and boom, 2 fields created.

**What problems is eZsign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With eZsign, I no longer need to travel to my clients for routine signatures, everything is done remotely.

When adding fields to a document, you can place the first field and then use the "Make a copy for each signatory" option, available in the toolbar at the top right. **What do you like best about eZsign?**

I like eZsign because it's one of the best prices I can get out there, making it very affordable compared to other competitors like Adobe. As a financial security adviser, I have to do a lot of electronic paperwork, and eZsign has really helped me get it done easily and quickly. It's very user-friendly, allowing me to know where I'm going, what I want to share, and where to put my signature. The setup was straightforward and very quick, and ever since, it's been smooth sailing.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

I would say, mostly the fact that you can't put a date on the signage. So when someone signs, there's the date on the signature, but there's no block of dates that you could put. That's something that I would like to have, just a block where I can put 'this is the date that it was signed and just the date.' And lastly, sometimes some providers that I work with ask for the audit logs. eZsign does put it, but they put it in a separate file when I receive it. I receive the signed document, and then I receive some files on the side. But I would like if they were put together. Adobe Acrobat does this. It would be nice if I could have that.

**What problems is eZsign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use eZsign for electronic paperwork, making signing easy and fast. It's client-friendly and user-friendly, helping me complete tasks quickly.

Regarding the signature date, you can actually add a text field with a date format, allowing the signer to select or enter a date directly during the signing process. This can help you capture the specific date information you’re looking for.

As for audit logs and having everything combined into a single PDF: eZsign does generate audit trails, but they are provided separately to preserve the integrity of the signed document. Combining multiple documents or audit files into a single PDF after signing would alter the original file and invalidate electronic signatures. For this reason, and to remain compliant with ISO and PAdES standards, the signed document and supporting audit information must remain separate.

I like that the client is taken care of for signing with eZsign, so it's very simple. All the details are provided with a step-by-step guide that is mentioned to the client with simple steps. Thus, the client does not need external tools or applications to sign their contract. eZsign really simplifies the way I finalize agreements with my clients. It's easy for both me and my clients to follow the online process to read the contract and affix their signatures, all without printing paper, opening PDFs, scanning, and sending back forms. EzSign professionalizes, simplifies, and greatly speeds up the process for booking my services and helps me acquire new clients. The process reassures both the clients and myself because we are assured of being well protected legally here in Quebec.

I would like eZsign to keep the contracts for a longer period. Currently, it's 6 months and I haven't been able to find out how to extend them, so I don't know if it's possible. Also, it would be nice if the design were a bit more refined. Maybe there are elements that we can customize according to our company's branding for the visual design.

No issues so far. It's a very user friendly, well organized, simple design. Automatic reminder to signers are very convenient. Clients have not had any issues with signing promptly. The 'proof' document also provides good backup support if needed. The drag-and-drop feature is very quick to use. Templates are also helpful and I plan on creating more. The price for a single user is fair especially given the product quality.

The files that are archived cannot be unarchived. This forces me to recreate a file each year for my recurring clients, because the files have been automatically archived by eZsign and cannot be retrieved.

I find that eZsign is user-friendly and convenient for sending procedures to be signed. However, I encounter problems with the automatic archiving of files that cannot be unarchived, which is not ideal for managing my recurring clients.

I appreciate the ease of use of eZsign and the connection with EZ MAX, as it saves me time transferring my files into my EDM. It's much easier and my initial setup was great.

The responses to the forms in the annotations could be improved to be easier, with pre-made responses, and it should be easier for the client to find where to sign.

eZsign allows signing remotely and reduces the printing of my files. Its simplicity and integration with eZmax save me time by transferring my files less.

I really appreciate how eZsign makes electronic signing very convenient, fast, and efficient. The ease of use for electronic signing allows me to save a lot of time, which is essential in my field. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, a simplicity that was crucial in my decision to adopt eZsign instead of another product.

It is impossible to delete recipients who have been previously saved.

It is difficult to view a document when it has been sent for signature.  When I have a few documents in que, it would be helpful to be able to view.

It's "user-friendly." Easy to understand, to use. I like that you can select multiple fields at the same time instead of configuring them one by one.

Previously, people did not understand why they could not sign the document. It was necessary to click on 'process the document'. However, I see that there has been an update, it's a good improvement.

As mentioned earlier, programming the fields was difficult on our old app. It has become simpler this way, and the follow-ups are done automatically, we receive emails about it.

I encountered no problems. The interface is not very user-friendly, but it remains easy to use.

For legal and security reasons, however, the confirmation sheet cannot be attached to a document after it has been signed. Electronic signatures rely on preserving the integrity of the signed content, and adding files afterward could invalidate the proof of what was actually approved by the signers.

If your goal is to have the proof pages included with the signed document, the Unified Document option can achieve this by incorporating the evidence pages into the final document before it is completed. The simplicity of the interface is really the strong point. The price is also excellent compared to the competition. Perhaps fewer options, but the software does what it needs to do without clutter.

I would like to have slightly more advanced integrations or more flexible models, but that's minor compared to the advantages.

Electronic signatures for me are a game changer in the field of mortgage brokerage. Most people don't have a printer and it makes my life much easier, especially since people can easily sign on their phone.

I love the ease of use of eZsign, it is an intuitive and easy-to-use platform. I really like the way I can place signatures in the documents. It's very simple to understand how to use it and where to place the signatures or any other field I want the signatories to fill out. Moreover, the initial installation of eZsign is very easy.

The creation of projects is not very user-friendly. It would be interesting to integrate ways to use directly within the portal to avoid having to call customer service.

Easy to use, intuitive and flawess. The support is local, so it's a plus.

**What do you dislike about eZsign?**

Features are OK, but a better integration in other software such as adobe or Sharepoint could be interesting. the adjustement of the project signature duration and other settings should be by folder and not by folder type. At least, it should be selectable.

It allows us to make sure each projects is signed and our contractual conditions are accepted by our clients. We wanted to uniformize every signature.
