At Berkeley Journalism School, we use EZOfficeInventory to book and keep track of equipment. As a student, I find the interface user-friendly. It is absolutely easy to add equipment to my cart, book them, keep track of my previous bookings and organize everything for upcoming bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike about EZOfficeInventory is that you can't override previous actions. An example of this is when trying to check out a device that has already been checked out. Sometimes we forget to check a device back in and we are unable to check it back out. Ezoffice has help us oragize and track all of our inventory into a single app. New user have had little to almost no trouble acclimmating into the new progam. It has helped prevent problems when scheduling use for assets or asset stock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It hasn't been an issue for me yet, but the croppinig on some of the inventory images in the grid view causes part of it to get cut off. Having an option for them to dsiplay the whole image but smaller/fitted would ensure you see the whole picture for each. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
