EZOfficeInventory has made is easy to keep track and manage our assets within our studio. It offers a wide amount of inputs and it's simple to find and modify tracked assets. I find the settings to be difficult to navigate and locate the tools I'm looking for. Settings are broken up into different categories, but it's not always easy to know where the option you're looking for is. It would be nice to have a search that looks across the entire settings, or like in other programs, have a filter that reduces the number of options you see based on the level of depth you specify. I am new to using EZ office and have already found it to be very user friendly and easy to use on a daily basis. Their ios app allows you to scan in and out assets with a simple QR code. No need to search for the asset. The reports on the asset tracking also make it very easy to keep up to date with asset utilisation. It reports on an easily readible excel document, making it easy to integrate and implement into your other reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If an asset is booked out, and someone forgot to book it back in, there isn't a way to request a forced book in if you have the asset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
