This program is overall very intuitive to use.

Ease of use; seemingly limitless breadth of items that can be tracked in it; details that can be captured (e.g. photos of the item, purchase dates); simple and effective UI makes it very easy to update and encourages the team to actually use it frequently and consistently. The acknowledge custody button although a great tool can be annoying. This is because once you scan a tool you can't see if you already scanned it unless you are on a laptop.
