I never remembered if I needed "sticky tack," "blue tack," "wall tack," or whatever else it might be called. Inevitably, I'd just end up going through the whole 10 page list to find what I was looking for. EZOfficeInventory not only has filters, but they also have images to show you exactly what you are ordering! The images and font are big enough to actually see (even for old English Teacher eyes!). **What do you dislike about EZO?** There are more steps to the process and you have to read the directions before you figure it out the first time. Assigning an item, looking at where or with whom it is located is very fast. It has many tabs and shortcuts making it easy to get to what you need. The search itself also works very well, just type in the right item number, for example, and you're done. I have not encountered that the site hangs or is inaccessible, it works well and smoothly all the time. **What do you dislike about EZO?** The color design on the site itself is not quite to my taste, it brings to mind a bit of dev tools for creation. It's all the fun of internet shopping; adding everything your heart desires to the cart and sending it away to be collected, without the buyers regret. I can only imagine it's great to use on the back end as well because the equipment I need is always ready for me to pick up, and it's clear when it should be returned. I've definitely seen a noticeable downturn in the grumpiness of the AV guys since we have adopted EZOfficeInventory. **What do you dislike about EZO?** I am personally yet to find anything not working well. Let's me create infinite locations and quickly update my stock levels. It was easy to implement (generally) because it just needs you to learn how to correctly map the columns to import xlsx or csv files. I like the quickness of client support's answers. The most important thing is the Low Threshold Alerts. **What do you dislike about EZO?** The app is a bit limited. Specially because you can't use it to perform Location Audits, which is silly because it doesn't make sense to take stock if you don't have a mobile device. I would like to have more mass actions. It's kind of limiting that the administrator role cannot mass delete items , for example. I would also like (I've proposed this to EZ teams) to have a "Create bundle" mass action: mass select items and easily create bundles. **What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It means my main tasks (keep stocks updated and make sure everything is ordered in antecipation) much easier by reducing the time needed to maintain stock levels updated and guaranteeing that everything gets ordered on time because everything can be checked in real time.
