The use of keywords, tags, and pictures allows users to find equipment even if they don't know the exact name of it. **What do you dislike about EZO?** If the equipment isn't inventoried in a logical way, than it can be hard for users to find what they are looking for. Even if it is organized well, there is still a very slight learning curve to the UI when it comes to searching and reserving. **What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before EZOfficeInventory the students in our program were unaware of the vast amount of equiment available to them, and the paper logs used were a hastle to keep up with. I learned about it and used it at a previous company. When I landed a new job, I recommended EZ to be used here as well and it has been a game changer. EZ interface, you can use a mobile app to scan and check assets in/out. The uptime has also been great. The site has not been down since weve made an account. **What do you dislike about EZO?** So far theres is not much we can think of. THe only thing I would like to see added is maybe a form to send a user when they check out an asset for a certain amount of time that requires their signature. EZ sort of has this but not the way it would work for our intended use. **What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have transitioned from a Spreadsheet to EZ. THis has allowed us to see the history of each asset. We were not able to do this with the spreadsheet. I also like that it shows who was the previous person who borrowed the camera as well, because I was able to ask the previous person about some setting due to this. I never remembered if I needed "sticky tack," "blue tack," "wall tack," or whatever else it might be called. Inevitably, I'd just end up going through the whole 10 page list to find what I was looking for. EZOfficeInventory not only has filters, but they also have images to show you exactly what you are ordering! The images and font are big enough to actually see (even for old English Teacher eyes!). **What do you dislike about EZO?** There are more steps to the process and you have to read the directions before you figure it out the first time.
