We use AssetSonar to keep track of all of the equipment given out to our company and it works very well. It's very easy to check out equipment to a user and keep track of who has it and what office it is located at. The charts are pretty easy to read and adding new users to keep track of is very straightforward. It took a bit to integrate and implement it in to our current system, but since the change over it has been very consistent. I also like the daily update emails letting us know what assets have been checked out/in as many members of the IT staff use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We have three different office locations and seven more independent locations that we provide equipment to within our company, so it can be very difficult to keep track of everything we have sent out. Asset Sonar has helped my company manage over 2000 Assets and provides me an easy way within minutes to provide Reports to the business. Customer Support is outstanding and prompt.
