I like EZLynx because it solves several key problems for us in quoting, mainly around efficiency, accuracy, and consistency. What I like most about EZLynx is how much time it saves while keeping everything organized in one place. Having everything in one place makes a big difference as it allows quick access to quotes, policies, documents, and notes without switching between systems. It also makes it easier to manage client accounts and ensures anyone on the team can step in and see the full picture right away. What I like best about EZLynx is the quick access to all and any of our customer and their insurance policies here with us. I also really enjoy and favor the "activities" section under a customer's profile, because it allows all agents here in the office to put notes at our own time, which we all have access to as well. Easy to navigate and integrates with most carriers. Overall uptime is solid. Pricing is in line with similar products. Any new release or update is not well thought out and usually lacks in several areas but especially integrating with existing services (example is recent rollout of commercial quoting which lacks all policy types when prefilling applications). Recent upgrade to commercial certificates took away COI downloads with unique file names and just calls everything "master". AI is not yet useful for commercial lines other than account summary. I like using EZLynx for its ease of use and the ability to control from the admin side, such as locking in shared logins while also allowing customers or the agency the ability to input their own individual usernames and passwords for appointments. It's pretty cool how it simplifies these processes. The agency onboarding was incredibly simple; I could easily add states, products, and carriers. Their rater works well, I believe there should be more functionality and ease of use on client portfolio and needs a refresh. I shouldn't have to click tabs to view client details and policy information.
