Prior to utilizing Ezeep, our coworking space had a lot of issues with wireless print jobs coming from guests and members, with queues getting jammed, printer drivers not working properly, and just overall random printer related issues. Once we set up Ezeep as a cloud-based printing solution where we could better manage everyone's accounts and use, it took a lot of headaches out of the experience for us. We occasionally have issues that require rebooting the Ezeep app, either on the connected-device to the printer or the member's computer but it is not frequent enough where it has been annoying. We run our business on Chrome OS exclusively and needed a remote printing solution to replace Google Chrome Print when it was discontinued. Unfortunately, eZeep has not been plug-and-play. We've made several calls to their customer service dept for assistance. While they are attentive, at this point, we have been unable to set up successfully. The drivers do not print properly. At this point, we have resorted to printing locally only via USB and are not using eZeep. When I have more time to invest in attempting to solve the problem, I will give it another stab, since the loss of remote printing capabilities has reduced our efficiency.
