We no longer have to maintain a local print server or install drivers on every member device, which is a big relief in a coworking space where people bring all kinds of laptops and phones. The admin console gives us a good overview of our printers, queues, and user access. It is clear enough that regular changes, like assigning printers or updating access, do not always need deeper IT involvement. The Nexudus integration is also a major benefit for us. Linking print access to memberships saves a lot of manual work when members join or leave. The ezeep Hub has been stable in our setup and mostly just runs in the background once configured. One feature that has gone down particularly well with our members is the ability to send a print job in advance and only release it at the printer by holding their card to the reader. This is great for confidential documents — members do not have to worry about sensitive pages sitting in the output tray — and it also means they can queue a job when the printer is busy and collect it at a convenient time. It is a small thing, but members genuinely appreciate it. Overall, ezeep removed a lot of small printing tasks that used to interrupt the front desk or IT team. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** Reporting could be more flexible. It would be helpful to filter and export print usage more easily by member, company, or printer, especially for billing and usage analysis. The Nexudus integration works well, but some edge cases still need manual checking, for example when memberships are paused or changed. More automation there would be useful. The Hub is reliable, but after network changes we have occasionally needed to restart it. Not a big problem, but something to keep in mind. I would also like to see more proactive alerts in the future, for example when a printer is likely to need attention based on usage. **What problems is ezeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before ezeep, printing required too much manual work. We had a changing member base, many different devices, and a local print server that still needed maintenance. New members often needed help before they could print, and print questions regularly ended up at the front desk. With ezeep, we moved print management to the cloud and connected our local printers through the ezeep Hub. Members can print from their own devices without driver setup, and access is managed much more centrally. The secure print release feature has also solved a real problem for our members. In a shared coworking environment, confidential documents being left uncollected at a busy printer was a genuine concern. Now members can submit their job whenever it suits them and release it privately by tapping their card, only when they are standing at the machine. This has been very well received and adds a level of professionalism to our print offering. The biggest benefit is time saved. In theory, we were supposed to have less issues by upgrading. This has been challenging from a few standpoints. I do take into account with any technology their is learning curves. Very convenient and cost effective. I like how it no longer crashes when the host machine is pending Windows updates, which is a big improvement from Ezeep Legacy. The product has become much more stable. In addition, Ezeep's customer service team is very responsive, always nice and reachable and very helpful. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** As many other reviews have mentioned some features do not exist in Ezeep Blue that were in Ezeep Legacy. The "History" tab in Legacy was convenient to go back to check what was printed and if successful. I recently migrated to Ezeep blue and although not perfect, once I understood the limitations I haven't had any issues. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** I had issues initially on renaming creating alias's for printers at various job sites. They would revert after a reboot. I also had a lot of issues with the windows plugin not being reliable. For complete transparency, it was a bit of a hurdle to setup as is most automations, but ultimately once we've got it setup it's been pretty hassle-free. The best automations are the ones you don't have to mess with once they're set up and ezeep has made it super easy for us to automate printing. We've used it for a few months without issue. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** The biggest downside for me was the setup. I'm not sure why but the hub wasn't working for our system so I had to just get a cheap $100 computer to keep on all the time and act as the hub or print server. The ezeep team was pretty good about helping me figure everything out. Once we set up Ezeep as a cloud-based printing solution where we could better manage everyone's accounts and use, it took a lot of headaches out of the experience for us. Unfortunately, eZeep has not been plug-and-play. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** We ordered the required devices to support Chrome OS, but the print drivers are not working properly. We've made several calls to their customer service dept for assistance. While they are attentive, at this point, we have been unable to set up successfully. The drivers do not print properly. At this point, we have resorted to printing locally only via USB and are not using eZeep. When I have more time to invest in attempting to solve the problem, I will give it another stab, since the loss of remote printing capabilities has reduced our efficiency. Also, cannot log into my account. Despite multiple password reset attempts, their system will not accept my password. **What problems is ezeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** The goal was to replace the remote printing functionality we lost when Google Cloud Print was discontinued, but at this point we have been unable to get eZeep to work properly with our existing printers. ### 44.
