I also appreciate that if users don't want to download it, they can just bookmark it on their desktop and print directly from ezeep's website. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** Something that happened recently was how it does not integrate with our coworking software anymore. It used to be able to send our users monthly invoices (attached to their monthly invoices from us) from what they printed. Now, it does not integrate and therefore I have to go in every month and track and calculate how much our users are printing. **What problems is ezeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ezeep to track our customers' printing, including how much is printed in color or black and white and their printing frequency. ### 2. I am a Community Manager at a co-working spot. I like the number of features that we have with Ezeep Blue. But, the best part has been being able to work with their support. Especially, major props to David Diefenbach who has helped our organization resolve quite a few issues. He was quick to offer solutions, knowledgeable, friendly, and even volunteer to conduct a Zoom meeting so that the rest of our team of Community Managers could ask questions and troubleshoot some issues. Sometimes the delivery of new technology can be chaotic but it's all about the support on how fast they can resolve issues. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** The number of issues we faced as an organization from upgrading on Ezeep platform. In theory, we were supposed to have less issues by upgrading. This has been challenging from a few standpoints. I do take into account with any technology their is learning curves. There are things out of our control when trying to get a user onto the platform whether that's their internal firewall, operating system, etc. Ezeep has been receptive to trying to solve our issues that we have been facing. **What problems is ezeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** Why some people have a much more difficult time getting on the platform and seeing their printers show up. Ezeep is looking into this further. I have had some members of a company (Company A) not have any issues when onboarding to the print management app while others in the same company have issues not being able to print or see the printers. I do like how the dashboard is constructed. ### 4. Ezeep support has always been responsive and quick to resolve issues as easily as possible. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** There can be some confusion in how to use the app, causing users to install the incorrect application if they aren't familiar with the platform. **What problems is ezeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making printing easier across all of our locations ### 5. Very convenient and cost effective. I like how it no longer crashes when the host machine is pending Windows updates, which is a big improvement from Ezeep Legacy. The product has become much more stable. In addition, Ezeep's customer service team is very responsive, always nice and reachable and very helpful. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** As many other reviews have mentioned some features do not exist in Ezeep Blue that were in Ezeep Legacy. The "History" tab in Legacy was convenient to go back to check what was printed and if successful. Additionally, seems to be some quirky behavior where the Printer Name Aliases keep reverting after you have renamed them from time to time. **What problems is ezeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** To have multiple users that are setup with Ezeep be able to print to the various printer residences is convenient and secure. ### 6. The hub allows an easier experience for the occupier/administration as well. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** Doesn't communicate as effectively with integration services. It would be great to have more flexibility and communication with third party sites. **What problems is ezeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to print in a shared office space while allowing the easiest experience for our members. ### 7. Help and support are quick to respond and informative about solving most issues. **What do you dislike about ezeep?** Unable to consistently use the app or webpage. One or the other is usually down for someone. Also, printing large print jobs or multiple copies is a HUGE pain. **What problems is ezeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ezeep frees our employees up from having to deal with printer setup on member machines.
