I like the ease of use and once I started using the Chrome plugin, the reliability. I used google cloud print long ago to suit our needs and when they discountined the product, I went searching for an alternative. I've been using Ezeep for many years now. I had issues initially on renaming creating alias's for printers at various job sites. They would revert after a reboot. I also had a lot of issues with the windows plugin not being reliable. I was looking for a way to automate printing using Zapier integrations and came across ezeep. For complete transparency, it was a bit of a hurdle to setup as is most automations, but ultimately once we've got it setup it's been pretty hassle-free. The best automations are the ones you don't have to mess with once they're set up and ezeep has made it super easy for us to automate printing. We've used it for a few months without issue. The biggest downside for me was the setup. I'm not sure why but the hub wasn't working for our system so I had to just get a cheap $100 computer to keep on all the time and act as the hub or print server. Ezeep made connecting printers to multiple offices and work-from-home team members easy. We also use it for our coworking locations and that too is a breeze to let coworking members print and capture that cost. Customer service is very responsive and has a human touch. Sometimes its a bit too simple. With Blue, they got rid of the live logs which helped with troubleshooting. Some OS/Printers have issues with printer settings like double-sided and color/black and white and there isn't an easy way to force default settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ezeep has been pivotal for our coworking space. It has saved us so much time and provides for a better user experience for our members. Before ezeep it was a huge headache to get new members on print drivers and we were constantly troubleshooting problems. I found myself saying, it’s 2021, there should be a better way to print... We run our business on Chrome OS exclusively and needed a remote printing solution to replace Google Chrome Print when it was discontinued. Unfortunately, eZeep has not been plug-and-play. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We ordered the required devices to support Chrome OS, but the print drivers are not working properly. We've made several calls to their customer service dept for assistance. While they are attentive, at this point, we have been unable to set up successfully. The drivers do not print properly.

At this point, we have resorted to printing locally only via USB and are not using eZeep. When I have more time to invest in attempting to solve the problem, I will give it another stab, since the loss of remote printing capabilities has reduced our efficiency.
