The combination of the channel manager and booking Engine have helped improve the online presence of The Urban Hotel and helped with maximizing online bookings. ### 5. In this case it was pretty good with Marshall. **What do you dislike about eZee Centrix?** I wish there was a section I can read about for promotions and packages. **What problems is eZee Centrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like managing my rates from one section but the promotions tab that is new is really cool.
