**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

Receiving, acknowledging orders, and billing our customers is such a breeze with EDI. I actually prefer receiving orders through EDI, manually entering the invoices on this platform is also very easy. I use this software for about 3-5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Customer service is always super helpful as well, we've integrated with Scheels, Ace, TrueValue, Do It Best, and Orgill.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

The only thing I "don't like" is not everyone uses it, it would be so nice and streamlined if that were the case!

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uploading product and pricing is now easier. Having the tech support an email away is super handy for any and all questions. Having the orders sent directly to us leaves less room for error in the billing process since everything is already populated, just have to confirm the invoice is correct, adjust shipping costs, and release the invoice.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

Our company uses eZCom has a 3rd party EDI provider for all of our US business, we receive orders and changes through the platform and send order acknowledgments, ASNs and Invoices. We use the portal every day and it smoothly integrates our orders into our ERP system and receives ASNs form our warehouse WMS. 

Once you understand the system it is so easy to know what to adjust where needed. Set ups for accounts, new skus or anything else have very detailed instructions so you know you aren't missing anything. 

The team is so helpful, any issue that pops up is resolved quickly and efficiently, it is easy to understand what went wrong/what is missing with the popups. If the representative you are speaking with doesn't know an immediate resolve they will reach out to their colleges for assistance and will escalate to a senior member of their team. I only have positive things to say about my interactions with the eZCom team, they have a "no dumb questions attitude".

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

It can be a little hard to get a grasp of it if you haven't had previous experience with a similar system and aren't familiar with the interrogation lingo, but once you get an understanding of it is is extremely user friendly.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for clear visibility of our orders received from customers and outbound documents that we have sent back to them. We are on a different time zone to our IT team so we can insure that all outbound documents are sent asap without needing to wait for our IT team to be back online.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

This software option allows us to offer and utilize EDI without having the keep in house software and IT Tech support. Lingo takes care of it all and their phone support is always extremely helpful, especially with techy items that are hard to understand. They walk you through anything! We have been using them for many years now. This is a great solution with ease of use for 3rd party online web portal EDI.

All features are good. I do not have any dislikes to share.

Connecting and doing business with retailers to their requirements of EDI. The ever changing supply chain is evolving with new systems and solutions via EDI.  eZCom makes it easy for us to keep up and in compliant with these changes and new features required.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

Their support staff has been vary available and helpful.  They are pleasant to work with and have guided me through each step of the process.   I can reach out to them any time without concern.  I don't have to stress over being able to be effective with the product.

I've reached out to customer support several times with various questions and they have been able to quickly and simply guide me through.  They've made it very easy and quick to work my way through the software.

I haven't found anything yet that I'm unhappy with or would change.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An EDI system is required to work with my new customer.  eZCom is a practical and economical solution for use with a single customer.  The platform is flexible and can stay small or stretch and grow as my needs may change.

I find the service excellent and very easy to communicate with. I really like how flexible they are when you reach out with an issue—they will solve it in the blink of an eye. The flexibility of eZCom Software EDI is especially valuable in adapting to the varying requirements of our trading partners. It also helps with everything related to Purchase orders, from receiving a PO until we ship and invoice.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

I find the disruptions on the eZCom Software EDI service sometimes to be very persistent. The initial setup was not too easy because it's a very complex system to understand, with too many steps. All of them were challenging.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use eZCom Software EDI for handling all our shipping needs with Trader Joe's, from receiving POs to shipping and invoicing. It's very flexible in adapting to different partner requirements and resolves issues quickly.

I really appreciate how easy it is to manage a large number of orders at once with their batch processing tools - it saves me so much time. Whenever I need help, their support team is quick to respond and actually solves the issue without hassle. Having U.S.-based support available when I call is a huge plus for me. They really understand my business, and honestly, talking to a real person is so much more productive than dealing with a chatbot.

So far havent found anything to dislike and actually wish I had found them sooner.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits has been automation - their application Lingo streamlined the entire order process. It’s taken a lot of manual work off our plate, which means fewer errors and faster turnaround times.  Their validation checks have also significantly reduced chargebacks. Overall, it’s made operations smoother and more efficient, freeing us up to focus on growing the business instead of fixing problems.

**What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?**

I like that eZCom Software EDI is intuitive. After learning how to use it, everything functions as it should, and I can figure out a lot of things on my own. Whenever there is an error with one of my documents, eZCom software makes it easy for me to see where the problem is, and it's usually a quick fix because the system explains it clearly. If there's anything I need extra support with, the excellent eZCom customer service team is there. It also allows for smooth order management and transmission of documents without needing to use email. The system saves us time by making it easy to manage multiple orders at once. Additionally, the initial setup of eZCom Software EDI was very easy.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

Sometimes I have to print out labels or paperwork for 30+ shipments at a time and they all need to be separate PDF documents. I would love an option to print paperwork for multiple orders that doesn't put everything into one attachment/file. At the moment I have to select and print each individual order which can take a lot of time.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use eZCom Software EDI for smooth order management and transmitting documents without email, saving time by managing multiple orders simultaneously. It generates labels and paperwork, and easily identifies document errors for quick fixes.

I like that even the manual aspects of eZCom Software EDI are very easy to use. All of it's great, but I find the invoicing part perfect because it takes pressure off my finance team, allowing an invoice to be created and sent to the vendor once an order is shipped. The integration is seamless, connecting directly to our system and handling purchase orders and electronic information with minimal input from the team. During setup, the EDI team was incredible, guiding us through the process and ensuring we were set up for success.

I find eZCom Software EDI simple to navigate and the support team is great. Setting up a new QBO instance and switching the sync over was smooth, thanks to the excellent help from the eZCom team. Invoicing is a big priority for us, so having a quick and seamless process is very important. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was; the support walked us through the entire process on the call and helped to set the entire thing up.

Being able to map accounts in QBO for the integration without having to get on a call with support would be helpful

I have been a daily user of eZCom EDI since December 2023. This was driven by one of my main customers moving to EDI for many of the depots that we supported. I can say, with no shadow of a doubt, that my entire time with eZCom has been professional, productive, and for once in my career, easy. Everyone that I have worked with at eZCom from implementation to post-live support has been knowledgeable and obviously invested in our common interest to be successful. I especially want to do a shout-out to the post-live support team! Every single time that I have contacted them because I needed either a simple clarification or some solid direction, I have always been put in contact with support members that seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. This has been a real game changer for me, as it has not only made my time spent with support more enjoyable, it has the added bonus of making the time more effective.

I have yet to experience anything that I dislike while using eZCom EDI.

**What problems is eZCom Software EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eZCom is not so much solving a problem as it is providing an effective solution. In fact, so much so, I would now prefer to have all my customer orders as well as my customer billing occur within our eZCom EDI solution. My overall efficiency would skyrocket!

I really appreciate the best customer support and service from eZCom Software EDI. They are so prompt in answering all our queries, whether through email or call. The initial setup was very easy, with eZCom assisting and guiding us every step. It also helps a lot with our order and shipping process. I've been using eZCom Software EDI for our EDI needs for 9 years, and we've been very satisfied customers.

I've been using eZCom Software EDI for over ten years, and it's been a great experience. The company has nice, responsive people who care about their users. They treat every call and everyone like family, making the whole experience very pleasant and supportive. The system is easy to understand and work with, so you don't have to be the smartest person in the world to use it effectively. I love that it automates a lot of tasks, saving us time and reducing data entry work. This integration with our regular software is also seamless, allowing us to click a few buttons and have everything populate automatically. I'm very happy with the quick response times and highly recommend it to anyone who needs EDI services. The pricing is competitive too, which is a great bonus.

For example, when we were trying to pack shipments for a Boscov bulk shipment and didn't know how to do it, we called them. One time, they showed us how to pack it, and when we forgot, we called them again, and they showed us again. They're very patient and willing to help. Everyone knows what they're doing.

I like that eZCom Software EDI works every day, twenty-four seven, seven days a week. It helps us reconcile incoming orders with our website and the backend of invoicing and billing. The QuickBooks and Deposco order integrations are also really helpful. Setting up eZCom was very easy. I worked with the project manager and they integrated it with both QuickBooks and our ordering system using the current orders file.

Our eZCom Software was easy to learn and relatively user friendly.  The eZCom team made the implementation process seamless, and they provided clear instructions to integrate our existing items.  On the few occasions when we have been unable to figure out how to pull specific data, the support staff at eZCom has been exceptionally helpful and timely.  We have several users that engage with the software daily, and we love that multiple associates can access it at the same time.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

Locating PO's that have been fully processed can be tricky.  Searching for items can also be cumbersome if the items are not set up with the item numbers in specific fields.  Once we figured that out, it has been seamless.

eZCom Software delivers our EDI documents directly to our portal.  We have set up email notifications so we do not have to continually monitor the portal.  We also love that the portal can be accessed from anywhere at any time.

I like that I can go to one place to complete everything needed for Tractor Supply purchase orders. The process is long enough but eZCom makes it a little easier once you get the hang of it.
I also like when there is an issue, I can call the tech line and speak with someone right away. A couple of times I had to wait long minutes but normally the wait time is small.
I also really like their Customer Service team. We had an issue with Tractor Supply and Dallas and his team jumped in and did not give up until we were satisfied. Along the same lines, there was a massive issue with their whole site and we were unable to access the information needed to ship products. Because of this, we received Compliance charges and eZCom immediately reached out an took care of us.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

There are a lot of steps to complete PO paperwork. Like I stated in the LIKES, the process is easy once you have the hang of it but there are still a lot of steps to get through. 
With these same steps, there is a lot of information in the PO area that has information not needed. Which can make some areas confusing.  
With Tractor Supply, every load is different. Sometimes there is an issue and the steps to complete the process in eZCom are not clear. I have had to call Tech and have someone walk me through it.
The website does not make changing company information easy. 4 years ago we had staff changes and to this day no matter how many times we go in and update, old contacts are still in there.
With the massive website issue they had, I think a better backup system needs to be in play here. We couldn't ship 2 loads but had it been a different day, it could've been 6-10 loads. That would have been unacceptable to all parties.

They issue all the reports on the backend which I am extremely greatful for. One PO has to go through 3 different websites and countless steps. Me not having to do reports on the backend is appreciated.

We have been using eZCom for many years now and there are reasons why we have never changed them for anyone else. Their level of customer service is truly unmatched. We tried other EDI companies that were good, but not great. The technicians that help you are all well trained and they will solve any problem that you throw at them. We have called for many reasons and issues that they always solved for us with courtesy and professionalism.  They walk you through the process no matter how complicated the problem seems to be. Dallas is the best.

eZCom Software, especially compared to other 3rd party EDI software, is extremely user friendly.  Most processes take minimal steps to complete.  If you are ever stuck on a process, eZCom customer service is very knowledge and will help you resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.

Implementation and training with a new trading partner is seamless.  You are definitely not left to your own devices to try and figure out what a new partner needs.

My industry requires us to process some of our orders via EDi, while i am quite knowledgeable of the ins and outs, i still have questions and doubts if i am doing things correctly. The customer service! I'm impressed by how quickly my calls are answered and how much patience they show me. I'm relatively new to this software, and the more I use it, the more intuitive it becomes. There has only been one time when the representative and I couldn't find a solution to my problem. He quickly set up a Zoom call with another representative.

**What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?**

Printing label function! I have customers who identify each item by UPC, and when it comes to printing all labels available for that specific UPC, it becomes somewhat of a hassle.
A pop-up when unpacking would be helpful! I learned that if I unpack, then I'll lose the labels that I've already generated. If I have a new colleague working on this, it would be great for eZCom to be my backup in warning them not to unpack, or else they'll lose their already generated labels, which could have already been printed.

Ease of ASN and invoice transmission. Printing labels for our clients to identify the product shipped and received.

Our company designs and produces handmade glass ornaments in Poland.  We have been working with eZCom Lingo for over 10 years to process our EDI orders from our large retailers.  They have proven we can process and ship EDI orders to the retailer’s warehouses, stores and process EDI dropship ship orders quickly and accurately with less man hours.  We have always been very happy with their platform, ease of use and Customer Support.  Customer Support is easy to contact and works with you to solve each issue or help you with any of the steps in processing EDI Orders from retailers.  We process a lot of Seasonal Dropship Orders with major retailers.  Working with these orders in Lingo is easy and straightforward to process one or many orders at a time.  We can acknowledge, print packing slips, shipping labels and invoice one order at a time or process all orders each day in bulk for each retailer.  Then the best part is using Integrator Software to upload these invoices directly to QuickBooks to cut out all manual entry of orders into QuickBooks.  Using this process in Lingo is accurate, saves us much time and allows us to handle a larger volume of our dropship retailers orders each day.  We can download new dropship orders each day, send the new orders with a packing slip and shipping label to shipping, pull the items sold and ship the orders and invoice the client all in the same business day.  This process allows us to handle a larger volume of retailer’s orders each day and that translates to more billing per day using eZCom Lingo
