I like being able to order large catering with an easy system. I appreciate the variety of options available on ezCater. I really enjoy the option of full catering or the option of individual boxes/meals, which is VERY helpful. I use ezCater to order lunches for the office, and they help ease fears of deliveries going wrong or the delivery driver being unreachable. They're almost always very responsive, which I appreciate. I like that they have a huge selection of restaurants, and most importantly, they have a live support line to call. It's hard to get in touch with delivery drivers from other companies, but ezCater always responds quickly. Having a big selection of restaurants means I can use the service more often. The ease of using the app, ease of ordering, and quick and helpful customer service! I appreciate being able to receive updates on tracking my order, and I also appreciate the confirmation updates. You are not always able to use the group ordering feature (have inconsistent experiences) and you are not always able to receive the tracking information. I love the rewards ezCater offers. They help with finding a vendor that will provide a lunch at the last minute for unexpected meetings, which is super useful. I have attempted to add or change something on an order but it seems that the issue is when the change is done before the order leaves the business but they never accept. I have had to run out just to get one lunch even before my order left the restaurant instead of the business including one more and charging me for another lunch. I order, but another person usually handles deliveries, so its great for them to have one platform they can get info from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ezCater? we have lots of employees who have dietary restrictions, and lots of restaurants allergen symbols on EZ Cater dont reflect what is on their website. So there are lots of places that we don't order from that may actually suit our needs and, more importantly, uncertainty on if items labeled gluten free or vegan will actually meet these requirements. Also, when filtering by restrictions if a place ONLY has "mixed greens" as their GF VG option, it shouldnt show in the filter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It's convenient having everything in one place, and I like that it handles tax exemption. The setup was super easy, and I even received a call from customer service, which was a nice touch.
