EZ Track-Auto Every car on your lot is somewhere. Most stores find out where by asking. EZ Track-Auto answers that question for the whole team, all day, without the whiteboard, the spreadsheet, or the group text. One system tracks each vehicle from the day it rolls in to the day the deal funds. Recon that moves: Set up the stages your store actually uses: inbound, mechanical, body, detail, photos, frontline. Drag a car to the next one and everybody sees it, on a desktop or a phone, the same second. Give any stage a time limit. When a car sits past it, you get an alert instead of a surprise. Titles you can see: Title buckets show which cars have no paperwork, which are waiting on a lien release, and which are clear to sell. Import title data from a CSV. Run turnaround reports. No car reaches the frontline with a title problem nobody caught. Service and garage: Write repair orders with labor and parts lines. Build estimates with AI help, then print them for the customer or the file. A bay view maps your lifts, so the service manager can assign work and see what every bay is doing right now. Inspections that stick: Digital inspection sheets, built around your store, with approvals and printable output. The results stay on the vehicle, next to the photos, video, notes, and a record of who did what and when. Funding you do not have to chase: After the sale, each deal moves through funding buckets with the lender, the amount expected, the amount received, and the hold reason. A deal unfunded past five days gets flagged on its own. Dashboard and reports: The lot overview shows where every vehicle is and what needs attention. Reports compare bucket times, service performance, and title turnaround. Flow Advisor reads your pipeline and tells you where cars are stalling and what to fix first. Built for the whole store: Roles and permissions keep techs, porters, accounting, and remote staff in their own lanes. Multi-location support covers stores with more than one lot or rooftop. You also get custom vehicle flags, a VIN scanner, bulk vehicle import, personal to-do lists, and an audit log. A voice assistant adds notes and updates vehicles hands-free from the shop floor. Alerts arrive by email and push notification. The app installs on any phone as a PWA. Nothing to deploy, no hardware to buy.
