It has been the best option for communicating with all of our program recipents. I really enjoy that EZ texting allows us to send out both mass group and individual text messages. As well as have the option to reply to our recipents in real time. The process to integrate contacts into the system is also very easy with endless options for transfer whether you use an excel sheet or another online platform or file type. The customer support is top tier also! They help walk you through all the steps to get started effiencently and even follow up to help if you run into any problem with implementation.
