Easy to import contacts via excel. Contact numbers do not need to be formatted any particular way so we can export xl files from various systems.

Nothing it meets our needs exactly as described.

How if slightly long, it splits the texts into 2, charging more money even though it still shows as one on a cell phone!

Getting specials out to customers has never been easier! The fact that they are able to reply  directly to the text is great.

I worked with Josh Lange in sales and he was really helpful. Spent lots of time with me and explained all my options

We were looking at costing to white label one of EZ Textings products, that didn't work out for us for other business reasons right now but they are cool people.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

Having EZ texting in my marketing department is an ultimate ace up the sleeve. I couldn't think of a better way to rally up all of my clients, have them all organized under one platform and send them important marketing messages. Super easy to use and effective.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

At first it was a bit tricky navigating through the site, mainly editing my messages. After a while I figured it out and can't complain. The only other thing I would like if it was a bit more compatible with Google Sheets. Other than that, importing CSV is fine.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

Do it. It is the ultimate marketing tool and makes client management super easy. Especially marketing to new clients. 
I used mine with yard signs by saying "text Cash to 444444" and just watched all the texts pile in.

Organising clients. Having everyone on one spreadsheet is nice

I’m visual and if there is a bad, it would be more of a dashboard once I set my preferences. There may even be I just don’t know where that is.

If you need to reach large groups of people and want a unified message then you are on EZ STREET with EZ Texting. I highly recommend.

Large groups that need messaging and personalizing the message to them by using there first name.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I love this website because it is simple and easy to use. I can send out messages within minutes. No hassle. I can also send a picture along with the message. Which is amazing! I also love that the payment process because it is simple and I think it is affordable compared to other texting services I have used. I really am happy that I found this website. It has made my job easier.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

The only thing that I would like to see improve is the ability to use characters used in Spanish. I have to send many texts in Spanish and I have to conform to sending my text out with grammar errors. For example, I can't use characters such as Ñ or an accent on any letter. Other than that, I do not dislike anything else. It is very complete with many features.

I would advise you to try it out. It's simple to use and you can learn the ropes before or learn as you go. It's so simple.

I have solved the problem of communication and lack of time. I have been able send so many texts at the same time with the click of a button. It saves me so much time! This services has so many great features.

It was a little pricey for the services it offers.

Like I said, it makes it super easy to send out mass texts. It even makes it easy to send media such as images and links.

I usually use Google Voice for texting the people that I work with and regularly contact, but EZ Texting made it easy to send out mass texts and get all the information out there instead of texting everyone one person at a time.

I feel some of the prompts and options are too much and confusing to figure out how to best communicate with customers.

We were looking for a cost effective way to set up texting campaigns. After looking at many we chose EZ Texting and are glad. The price was great. The service worked flawlessly. The instructions led us through the process pain free. And, we were able to try it to see if it would work before investing a huge amount.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

To be honest I can't think of any. Maybe we haven't used it enough to have stumbled onto the problems. The only wish is that we could use more than one keyword at a time but that is easily remedied by expanding our purchase. So, no complaints!

We needed a way for people to choose to opt in email campaigns and other organization endeavors. EZ Texting was a simple solution.

I like that there are multiple options for service. Pay as you go OR subscription. You can buy as many keywords as you like too. Very easy.

I do wish the entire system was easier to use from a phone.

Interface could be improved a  bit but its not much of an issue.

I like the report that is generated after having sent your mass text message. It was helpful to distinguish both good and bad numbers we have in our database. 

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I dislike the fact that when recording a voice message to be sent out....it never uploads. Regardless of how many attempts I did to move forward with my message, I was unable to without having to call and speak to a representative. 

The representative explained that they are having some technical difficulties with that aspect of the service and was able to help me......but, when using the same service about a month later...I encountered the same problem.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

I would recommend this service if you have a large group of people to send a message to. The delivery is immediate and in my experience it was actually pretty neat to watch.

We are solving discrepancies in our database. The software generates a list of those who were unable to be reached. Using that list, I was able to make contact by other means to obtain the correct information for future text blasts.

Very easy to use and self explanatory. I liked how fast the texts are sent out and how easy it is for people who do not want to be texted to opt out. Some customers like that we contact them via text and others do not. Trully is a 50/50 on that aspect. 

It seems that customers like the texting becuase our opt out rate is very miniual. From a marketing prospective, that is what I like to see.

too many emails sent throughout the day/week. other than that, the customer sercvice and ease of use is great.

Less emails throughout the day/ week. Other than that, easy to use and customer service is very helpful.

many of our customers use their phones more than email. It is easier to get ahold of them.  many customers have their phones on them at all time and are too busy for promotional emails. very easy to look at their phones rather than go to a computer to look at an email or piece of mai.

Nothing. This has been the best product for bulk texting.

Time management. One by one texts take alot of time, leave room for error. By doing the bulk texting, it leaves time for additional marketing strategies.

The fact that I can chat with our students at anytime is awesome and very convenient! Now days the preferred contact method is texting, not answering phone calls. This feature is much easier when chatting outside of work hours to get responses from the younger generation.

An app where I could send and receive texts from work would be super great! i was informed that something like that was being considered. :)

When you start using E-Z Texting be sure to look into all features, you will be amazed by how great the services is. customers WILL reply faster via text and business will thrive!

Getting faster responses is the biggest and best outcome for us since signing up with E-Z Texting. When we meet with students and they find out they are able to text the financial services and admissions department they love it!

I like that I have control over the content and can add images. I didn't want to work with a vendor where I didn't have full control over what we send out as we are a small, local business chain.

I don't understand how the credits work. I would like more explanation. 

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

It is a great option for people who want to have exclusive control over what your content say, images attached the the texts and the ease of this marketing tool. We are all busy, so it is nice that EZ Texting is a time-efficient tool.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am hoping to understand more about how the credits work. If I send out less than 1,000 texts in our monthly subscription, can I send out another round of texts for the same $49? 

The biggest benefit is the exclusive control over texts and the low cost.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

Pretty straightforward to set up.  We were able to create a custom short-code and engagement campaign in less than an hour, without any technical support.   Their test environment really helped in terms being able to show off what was possible internally without having to incur additional cost.  they were also really helpful on the phone when we had a minor account issue after the campaign.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

They could be a little more proactive on their notifications.  Some of the data we wanted to get required us to login to the site.  When you are doing a mobile campaign and you are mobile yourself, that can get a bit unwieldy.  

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use to run short-code campaigns are jewelry trade shows.  Participants are encouraged to text the short code to be eligible for gifts and other drawings on-site.  This helps drive booth engagement and opt-in capture of attendee emails.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I use it to communicate with my employees of my staffing business when the need is urgent.  It is fast and seamless and saves me a lot of time when I have an urgent job to fill.  It also lets me know of people requesting removal and automatically removes them which is handy as I don't want to annoy people when jobs are popping up all over the place.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

The import feature is a bit buggy.  Only use CSV files.  XLS files take forever and don't work.  It would be nice if I could update an existing list and not have to create a new one each time.

Only use CSV files.  Importation from other formats is very buggy.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time spent communicating with employees.  Zap them all once and wait for the phone to ring with who wants the job..

They're customer service is amazing. From top to bottom. I used to use a different company and trying to get ahold of them was a pain... I found EZ Texting online through a search and called them right away to find out more information... They answered all my questions and I started to implement the service immediately at my events and I have had a GREAT turnout! 

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I don't dislike anything. Once you set everything up and the customer reaches out there is no lag time for the customer to receive the return message on what needs to be done. 

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had so much success with EZ text in capturing the leads and the best part is that if they don't complete the registration. I am asking for EZ. Text still captures their phone number to allow you to follow up.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

EZ Texting is very easy to use in both, the computer app and the mobile app. This software encourages our team to organize and helps us to decide where every member during the recruitment process. It is very easy to answer the received messages, as several contact groups can be quickly established. It also allows you to set short code files, by sorting our team to a particular subset. Also, they have an excellent customer service, which make this tool even greater.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Although I really like the mobile app, it sometimes presents some issues. It would benefit if they could improve on this field.  Also, when I'm working on EZ Texting it shows a lot of stuff I don't need, providing a lot of options in one place that makes me feel a bit confused.  I have also found a couple of issues when it comes to CRM implementation and the Drip campaigns development. 

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

EZ Texting is perfect for quick and simple memorandum texts. It allows you to set reminder emails planned with even a month of anticipation. It works great for interacting with over 10 individuals in sectors that don't want people to take part in a group chat.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZ Texting has provided us with the fastest way to generate more clients in my business.  My company has continued to grow and my contact with clients is transparent, while most of them have known from us thanks to EZ Texting.

Easy to add contacts and view messages in the view that a phone will receive them. I like that I can talk in a personal way to so many people at once - I even like responding on the EX text website vs using my personal phone.

not entirely sure how the credits system works for sending texts. can't figure out how many text I can send, how much they cost, and if they'll fit within my subscription settings

Definitely worth the initial time of learning and setting up so that you can send texts on schedule and everyone is informed.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

It allows me send a message with the exact works I want and everybody will receive information at once. This way, my consumers are always notified about the services and our latest news. Also, EZ Texting is very useful to embrace and incorporate consumer suggestions in your website redesign. Billing is cheap and convenient and it makes particularly easy and helpful to choose "keywords” to use.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

You must be able to save the project so that you can revisit and then use the template later if you complete a program, other that, you may lose some important information. I would like to be able to customize my panel according to my requirements. Also, I want to remove old reports but I have not been able to do it.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

It's suitable for companies who want to load a list of names and send them a specific message, especially if you have a team or base of individuals that you'd like to notify about your company. Take advantage of one strong point of EZ Texting: instant SMS registration. It will boost the message you are sending.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use EZ texting messages in my office to reach our staff and our customer, as it allows people to see the text I submit and often reply, something that does not happen to much in case of email. In our view, some of our client had problems listening to our audio messages, so we decided to send them text over phone calls, which is perfectly reasonable.

When everything works properly, EZ Texting is a great and intuitive platform for sending out mass text messages. I really appreciate the ability to copy and merge contact lists.

We have run into a lot of payment errors lately, as well as glitches where only a small segment of a certain contact list appears when trying to compose a message.

We use EZ texting to send out information to event attendees as quickly as possible. This is a big improvement over sending out this info via email as attendees see it far quicker.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I love that there's not an extra charge for MMS messaging, previous platforms I've used would switch to MMS without indication and we would be charged double. I love how easy the scheduling is, prior to using EZ texting other platforms put you through multiple screens in order to schedule which took up unnecessary time. I also love how easy uploading contacts is especially with large amounts of adds, it's not complicated which is incredibly helpful as well. It's a very user-friendly platform which I enjoy also. The customer service is great as well in helping the best they can.  

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

One thing I don't love (unless there's a different way I'm unaware of) is you have to go to each contact to find out what is bouncing. The reporting is decent, although (again, maybe I'm not aware and missing this) but if something shows in the reports page, that isn't a bounce it won't let me click to see what contact is having issues. I'd love if the reports showed who bounced etc. We've had some small hiccups such as one time all of our texts scheduled in a day somehow shifted, although we were unable to find a cause for this. I understand that things do happen and our issues have been minimal. One suggestion I would have in a technical fix is that when you are scheduling a message that should be MMS sometimes it puts it as an SMS and it goes into two texts, then if you hit "schedule" but you go back to change it to an MMS it doesn't let you switch after you hit schedule, you have to delete the text and redo it. 

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

If you're looking for something user-friendly and cost-effective this is a great platform! Their customer service is great and everyone is always willing to help, I've had them even take a step further if there is an issue (such as when the site layout went through a glow-up, the reports section wasn't showing because I had to zoom out on my screen and he helped me figure that out and then he sent the issue to the dev. team). They are always looking to improve, which is a great aspect of a platform. 

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of carrier issues on our previous platform or problems with it sending late because they had too many technical issues. This has solved a huge problem for us with our customers that is the #1 thing I value that we have fewer complaints on texts.

EZ text was very simple to use, and very easy to appreciate. The platform has much more to offer than what we used (simple keyword text campaign). We need stability and this platform provided that. It just worked. My favorite functionality was the ability to export text responses in a csv file to share with other team members on the project.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

There is a LOT of great functionality that we didn't need to use. So it might be overwhelming for someone to wade through. Also, the cost is always a factor, especially for smaller organizations.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted large audiences to be able to interact with our presenters over a month-long presentation series. But email is cumbersome and easily gets out of control. Text campaign was a great alternative to give everyone an opportunity to opt in and participate if they wanted. And because it was text, the responses/questions were generally shorter and more succinct.

I like that you can manage all of the texts directly from one dashboard. Its super easy to login and see all of the texts sent and received.

It was a little slow to get everything setup at first as we needed copies of the phone bills etc but once everything was up we have had no issues. 

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

I would just advise that anyone thinking of using this service make sure they have access to their phone bills prior to setup. That is what took the longest. The only time I had to talk to customer service was during setup, actual use has been very easy. 

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Texting and sending texts from a landline! A few years ago you used to be able to send and receive texts from a Google voice number but that is no longer an option and we needed to be able to send and receive texts not associated with a person's cell phone number.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

There are two things. 1. How easy it is to import from a CSV file and text that group. 2. How easy it is to look at a text you sent, see who didn't open it, and send another text just to the people who didn't open the last text all just in a few clicks. Its smart and easy. 3. (bonus) that MMS texts do not cost more than a normal text. Most other companies charge 2-3x the amount for MMS.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

The only thing I dislike is the notifications bell at the top right. I like things to feel clean. Unless i am missing something, the only way to mark a notification as read is to click on it. Sometimes, depending on the text, ill have 20 notifications. Having to click each one, be taken to the page of that notification, and then repeating over and over 20 times to remove the notification badge is tedious. A mark all as read button would be helpful.

Texting is what people check all day long. This is a great way to send out information that you know people will see.

Keeping students in our church updated with current events, sending them pictures to use to promote our events on social media, keeping parents of students who are attend weekend trips updated on arrival times and happenings around the event. Im solving a lot.

EZ Text has a great but simple interface that makes it easy to send, and manage text communications. EZ Text is everything you are looking for in a mass texting software. What's great is you can run it right from your desktop. Even better, it's cheap for a small amount of texts, and even cheaper to deploy a bigger campaign (through their packages). No complaints here thus far.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

There are really no downsides that I have come across in the 2 or 3 months of use. They could maybe add a  better guide as to inserting pics in the text so that they don't get distorted if they are too narrow/wide. I had that issue once but their support is so good that they answered my questions about it and advised me on how to fix it on my end which was exactly what I needed. Great overall That's about it.
