**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I was looking for an easy sms platform for my team to use for client communication and general marketing. Everything I found was either too complicated or too expensive. I stumbled upon EZ Texting and it has been AMAZING! Honestly required very little training for us to fully implement and integrate. Our average ROI on marketing campaigns are over 160%.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I would love more webinars. But I would not change anything about the platform.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I took an hour out of my day, everyday for 2 weeks to find the platform befoer choosing Ez and best plan.  Ez (website wording) was speaking my language.  I only need to send about 1,500 texts per month with emoji's, a pic and a link embedded.  I'm a small business and the 10 other platforms had the tendency to speak to me (website language) like i'm an master website code maker or a reseller.   I scheduled a tutorial "onboarding" call at the earliest I can get which was to weeks out.  However, I managed to start sending my campaigns without any help.  It was easy on the eyes trying to send texts with pics and it worked flawlessly.  Chat support was available for the fine tuning.  It also synced up with my zapier and barely knew what a zapier was used for.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

if it is a downside it would be I had to pay a year's worth up front but I understand.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not aware of any problems they are solving.

I'm able to get a message out to all of our employees quickly, and text messages seem to be the type of message they'll check quickly.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I haven't experienced any downsides. The only downside would be more related to text-messaging limitations rather than EZ Texting's service. Sometimes it's difficult to fit everything you want to say into the limited characters of one text message.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our employees do not have email, or if they do, they rarely check it. With EZ Texting, I can get a message out to all employees quickly, without having to call them one by one.

I started using EZ Texting on behalf of a client over a year ago. I send out a weekly campaign on their behalf. EZ Texting lives up to its name! The software is easy to use and reasonably priced. Text campaigns through EZ Texting have proven to be a great addition to our marketing tool box!

I really cannot think of anything. Everything works to my needs.

We have found that texting clients is a great way to reach them about upcoming service appointments and to deliver on our committment to communication.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

EZ Texting platform is great for when you want to reach out specific customers with a direct approach.
Some reasons why I use it is that you can send a more personal message that will convert to a sale.
We usually send text messages to VIP customers and sometimes they interact which is a good sign that they are reading the relevant content.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Not much bad things to say about it, since it covers pretty much all we need.
AI messages and images can be attached to the message, etc.
Maybe adding my available balance and used balance when we text a group message, so that we have a better idea of how much we have left to spend for next messages.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping reaching out to targeted customers with specific messages.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

This service is perfect for fast communication with clients. We us the service to make sure that clients triple check their emails once we have sent them sensitive information. The platform also allows you to receive resposnes which is fantastic because they don't have to call and we can just begin a texting conversation. Additionally, the list manager makes it great to add or remove people from groups and send them information.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Texting can sometimes be seen as spammy and people are not use to receiving important information via text. We try to combat this by personalizing the text message as much as possible so they know who the message is coming from.

How to communicate with people in a way that works for both us and them.

Customer service. Ashley was very patient. I had to reschedule a couple of times and she was still eager to teach me how to use the system. She took her time explaining it to me and she made sure that I knew what I was doing before I ended the call.

I really hope that they get the mind and body app integrated with their system. It would definitely make it much easier for me, so I'm looking forward to them adding that component.

They are helping me get the word out faster ! Ez texting is saving me on time and I can just push one button and everything goes to the clients. Not only that it definitely helps me keep the categories organized.

This thing is so easy to use, it's ridiculous. Everything's laid out nicely, and it's got all the features you'd want without any of the clutter. Whether I'm setting up group chats, scheduling reminders, or just shooting off a quick message, it's all right there at my fingertips.I also like the AI help in composing messages. I am a small business and this is super easy to use.

Sometimes I feel that EZ Texting is too simple - I would like to figure out how to message multiple groups at the same time but I haven't learned that yet.

Gets important information to my people super quick. They like it more than email!

We can easily send out important announ, event reminders, special training invitations and more to over 500+ agents in our brokerage all at once because of EZ TEXTING!

The only downside is that the credits use up very fast! Especially for a large organization like ours. It can add up, but it's so worth it!

It helps us reach all of our agents quickly,  effectively and efficiently! Everyone's on their phone! So they might miss our emails but we know for sure they will see a text! So it's PRICELESS!

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

We starting using EZ Texting for my company at the start of the pandemic to communicate daily with our staff. It was a great way to keep in touch. Email is cool but everyone looks at their phone. The short messages were invaluable during that time. We continue to use EZ Texting to communicate holiday messages, opening delays, inclement weather reports. Our office loves the instant, fun communication. It is easy to add users to our contact list.

We don't have any real cons for using the EZ Texting service.

I like that it gives me a delivery report and instantly get messages.

I do wish there was a better archive for old messages or see what message they're replying to instead of just their message showing up.

I wish that it allowed video to show up in the form of a text message instead of a link that takes you somewhere else to view it.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

EZ Texting is a user-friendly software that makes sending blasts to clients a breeze.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

I have experienced some technical difficulties in the best with dashboard access but they were resolved quickly.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to send communication to several groups or all groupss at once and receive a report on the status of those communications. Many of our clients prefer text over emails so this software has been very helpful at reaching that particular segment of individuals. Templates option has also allowed us to draft verbiage that is used frenquently and send it without having to recreate the message each time. Saves us a lot of time and the report allows us to remove bad numbers that bounce back.

The grouping of the messages. It is confusing since we are an organization using one number. The site sometimes glitches

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

EZ Texting is incredibly easy to use.  I've recommended it to dozens of people, some more tech savvy than others.  Everyone has commented how simple it is to get started.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

A recent product "upgrade" has made me less of a fan.  Prior to the upgrade, bounced numbers (like landlines) could be easily removed from the contacts list.  If I texted 100 people, and 20 bounced, the next time I texted that list, I would only send out 80 texts.  The new upgrade has eliminated that option, so now I'm forced to text all 100 again.  It's more money for EZ texting, and it also makes it more expensive.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to EZ Texting, we were emailing our customers, with horrible results.  We are amazed the response rate with texting.  It has been responsible for over $500k in sales this year alone.

Ez text is very straitght forward, and the interface is easy to use and follow. In most cases all texts are delivered as follows and show up well organized on the customers end. Ez text also offers good guide lines and data to make sure you are capturing the most responses as possible. I love the multiple phone number feature as it easily allows me to reach out to multiple markets at once.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Ez text customer service hotline is lacking. Most reps don't really understand the system and it made it frustrating when first getting started. We would often get conflicting answers from representatives, and really had to figure things out via trail and error.

Reaching a larger amount of our customers with a high response rate for upcoming events and service opportunities.

**What do you like best about EZ Texting?**

I love the import contact feature. Makes it super simple to download an excel sheet with emails on it and import them to the ez texting platform. You can even group contacts and have contact groups as well. The system is pretty straightforward and simple to work with. You type up your message and you can send right away or you can choose to schedule the send. It will also provide analytics on that text. Did any bounce, did the recipient engage with any links in the text, etc.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

My one dislike is the inability to do monthly plans I don't need to use ez texting service all the time, only a few months a year.

I love that I am able to reach all of my employees at once. I also love that I can set up a "drip campaign" which allows me pre-set the emails that should reach employees at certain periods of their tenure. I couldn't be happier with the service.

The only thing I would say is a downside would be when an employee responds to a mass text message that I sent out. Their message comes through on the program and I may not see it and respond in a timely manner. I would like to see any message that comes through, come to my email also so I know.

The best part about EZ Texting is the ability to schedule a message or picture to be sent in the future! I tend to prepare all of my texts on Monday so they'll be sent out throughout the week without me having to give it a second thought.

It's also super east to send a link and get data back when the link has been used.

Not many downsides as of yet. Maybe a slightly more attractive user interface would be nice.

This company started out awesome, however over the Years and especially recently they have gone downhill fast.

They are forcing those with purchased credits to either use them up in a month, or go with a monthly plan to keep them, otherwise they expire.

Their support didn’t seem to care when asked about this.

Easy to use from both the sender and receiver standpoint.  Users can sign-up as needed and then stop messages - all on their own.  Very easy to send messages.  We use the auto-reply option and have multiple keywords for different needs.

**What do you dislike about EZ Texting?**

Really not anything.  Service works very well and is easy to use.  It can be hold to reach customer service but they are rarely needed.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:**

We have been very pleased with this service overall.  It's proven to be very help with both routine and emergency notifications.

**What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to reach a large number of staff very quickly.  Very hard to reach 1100+ people across a 24/7 schedule - this has made it easily.  Very helpful during COVID.  We also use it for weekly communications for general news and updates.
