**What do you like best about EZ Spa Scheduler?**

It is a program that allows you to automate everything related to administrative procedures of your beauty salon, such as the management of employees, appointments, customers, as well as visual confirmations in real time in your calendar by your customers who confirm the appointment. In addition to generating and storing reports and documents, including work orders and invoicing from your scheduling account, other outstanding features are the point-of-sale (POS) and the online booking option that customers can make. On the other hand, it is very easy to use and has a very affordable price

**What do you dislike about EZ Spa Scheduler?**

There is nothing that I dislike about this tool, I love its operation, we have simplified the administrative tasks in the salon, however, I would like to develop inventory tracking functions as well as a mobile application.

 A program of very good features, very reliable and safe, besides easy to use and effective, I recommend it, if you want to give an automatic organizational level EZ Spa Scheduler, is the perfect tool.

**What problems is EZ Spa Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us by simplifying the administrative processes associated with the administration of the beauty salon, so we forgot to perform obsolete practices such as recording appointments manually, we can also distribute the rotating shifts of our employees, as well as customers when an employee has his daily quota full of appointment we can offer the services of another staff member to be served, is a very balanced and organized way of performing tasks.
