I do think it's difficult when you're trying to do two things at once, it takes some getting used to. For instance, when I have both billed and schedule open sometimes it freezes and then eventually crashes but doesn't happen every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering EZ Billing: I would honestly recommend getting trained on how to use it, but then also creating a test patient and get in there and play around with it so you can become comfortable with it. EZ Billing (EZ Healthcare) is a simple system to use. It's user friendly, easy to see the screens and navigate through the system itself. I dislike the reimbursement portion of the system, it just takes a bit getting used to having to go to different parts of the system. You can see how your business applies to the software and be able to make a decision from there. Not all businesses can benefit from this software which is why I recommend a demonstration.
