The one great thing I like about the edge is that in order to get that review I have to interact with our customers which is one of my favorite parts of my job the other thring great about the edge is that they have different contests or at least they used to it's always fun and what better but to have competitions and get paid. I love having a platform where I can easily see how clients are saying about each of my employees. I also love that it is easy to navigate through the dashboards. Employees love this too, because they are getting paid when they are mentioned on google. This was very easy to impliment into our system and we have receievd so many more online reviews since working with edge. I cannot move reviews to the correct employee if it is matched with the wrong person. I have to get support from the team at edge directly. However, they are quick to resond and resolve this when it happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Edge has been completely awesome with encouraging my coworkers to get reviews for our company and the best part of it all is they will actually pay you for your reviews!
