Edge is awesome! You get money for reviews at Work. When people mention your name in a good review. I had a bunch of reviews and made a deposit to my bank directly from the app. Just had one little issue because it was more than 3 business days so I thought maybe something went wrong with my banking link, but I wrote an email and everybody got back to me as soon as possible. Timber and Jaslyn were a great help! I ended up getting my deposit. Just took a little extra for some reason, but all good simple and easy process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I love that my employees are incentivised to collect reviews and increase our overall score. I think its a great way to get participation. I really love the inclusion of AI and the ability to capture data to really track (esecially negative) reviews. The reps take time to schedule meetings and make sure you fully understand the processes from the time they send a text notification to a patient to the time it's responded to and handled. I think if Nancy had the option to discuss her ideas with our director or even regional managers, it would provide a great incentive for our retail team to develop ideas to drive engagement. I absolutely loved the concept, it really pushes employees to strive for the best customer service. It also helps the customer feel good, knowing they were able to tip their budtender directly. Employees love competition, and this was a friendly and healthy way to do that! Would highly recommend for majority of workplaces, tipped or other! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Edge? The downside is that there’s nothing to stop anyone from cheating. We had an employee that went to his other job and had everyone write him reviews. Our website was basically 40+ reviews back-to-back that just said his name and nothing else. Also, I do not like that once you do not work for a company, you cannot receive your funds. I didn’t choose to leave my employer, I was forced too, and to lose that money when I could have absolutely used it, just hurts. After all the bullying and harassment I went through at that job, it’s an extreme slap in the face to not at least get the money I worked so diligently for, despite all the trials I faced in the workplace. I felt accomplished in that, I was able to keep my customers happy despite the extremely toxic work environment, and I can’t even reap the benefits, unfortunate, indeed. Additionally, I believe there should be an option to assign certain reviews to the corresponding person. Many times customers misspell names or only describe the person. I think it would be wise to allow an option when leads and/or managers have the option to assign specific reviews. I definitely missed a ton of reviews with a name like “Eeshyia “. All that being said, I would still recommend, it’s a great concept. I believe it can be improved upon in the future, but definitely a great start! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. So I got help by timber, my credit was showing under somebody else’s name apparently we both had the same nickname, but when I first started with my nickname was always mine so I didn’t understand but timber helped me out very much.
