Edge makes me feel truly valued as an employee. In the past, I have never had an employer recognize or reward me for my hard work. I also find Edge very easy to use, and it is accessible to everyone. Edge initiates interactive result based feedback for businesses, owners, managers, employees and customers through review prompting. Ideal for encouraging post-customer experience as well as providing overall analysis of how teams are performing collectively and individually. Many times we leave a great or positive experience and it eludes us to leave that review of great service (and maybe not so great). Edge is that prompt that says "hey, here's a reminder that we value your feedback". The support team is professional, prompt and willing to resolve any issues or answer any questions. I personally have not seen the technical depths of the platform in regards to the overall analytics and AI components but the overall concept is absolutely beneficial for managers and owners. There should also be (and maybe there is) opportunity for businesses owners to use this tool to gage the work place culture and concerns for and from employees, staff and those who are recently terminated or resigned.
