**What do you like best about Edge?**

Edge has been a great tool for our company in addressing issues that may come up with a client's service. It has been fantastic in boosting our ratings on Google and giving our service providers opportunities to earn extra money. The management team has found Edge to be a great asset in assisting us in addressing issues with a service.

**What do you dislike about Edge?**

We have really encountered no issues with Edge. The service works great. I would only recommend that there are times that we change out staff members/management. It would be great if we had a little more control in adding/removing staff members without always having to contact Edge when we need to do this. I did contact Timber with the Edge Chat service and she was great in assisting me in adding/removing members of the management team to Edge.

**What problems is Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Edge is a great asset in assisting us in addressing any issues with client services. Edge has also been great in helping us to boost our Google reviews and ratings. Very user friendly dashboard and website.

**What do you like best about Edge?**

Edge has been extremely helpful, giving our members an easy way to have their voices heard through Google Reviews sent directly to their phones. From our very first demo meeting with Nicholas Gilbert to Atchra Turner’s follow-up meetings and thoughtful answers to all of my questions, the experience has been nothing but positive. Our studio is truly grateful to be working with such a supportive, responsive team. The integration of Edge has been very easy, and I feel it has been implemented seamlessly at our studio.

**What do you dislike about Edge?**

I don’t have any dislikes about Edge at the moment, since I’m still getting used to the system and reviews are still continuing to come in. So far, there hasn’t been anything that stands out as a negative.

Edge is currently solving how we received feedback from our clientele in the past. Now, members can leave a quick review, which helps ensure their voices are heard.

I love that Edge shows me all my reviews and lets me know how many I have, which helps me keep track of my personal progress. It solves the problem of having to go to multiple places to get all the information I need. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.

Edge solves the problem of needing to visit multiple places at once for information. It helps me keep track of my reviews, showing all of them and their count, which helps in tracking my personal progress.

**What do you like best about Edge?**

Edge is a great platform to use to see how successful the team has been with google reviews. Edge helps to track reviews that have mentioned a Team Member by name. You can also set up contests through this platform so the team can have a friendly competition between each other to win prizes. I use edge everyday at work to see if my team has any rewards ready to be handed out. It is such an easy platform to use.

**What do you dislike about Edge?**

My only dislike with Edge is its ability to search through some of the data that it has captured. It would be nice if you can Isolate certain employees to see just their reviews versus the entire stores.

**What problems is Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Edge helps our business maintain a healthy presence online to make sure we are getting reviews to help drive business to our location. It also helps to show each team member how they have had an impact through their own individual efforts!

**What do you like best about Edge?**

The internal competitions and surveys! It makes rewarding employees very easy! Customer support is always quick to respond and resolve issues as well! Today specifically Jaslyn was GREAT, fast, and a pleasure to work with!

**What do you dislike about Edge?**

Sometimes it does mix employees up if they have the same name. Also not being able to use certain words in replies back to guests can be hindering. Specifically budtender, discount, and % signs

**What problems is Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Edge helps us with everything from guest feedback to employee feedback. We are able to stay on top of issues communicated by both and resolve matters in a timely manner. The employees love the competitions and using these help us set competitions on aging product and easily reward employees who are top performers. Long gone are the days of manually tallying sales to see who was top performer!

Alex Chomphosy has been very helpful, and the chat box is useful as well. I’ve been getting speedy updates on bug resolutions, which I appreciate. That said, the 2-step review process is a major bottleneck.

The two-step review process is a major bottleneck, and the inaccurate—or sometimes missing—data pulls are confusing. The speedy resolutions have been helpful though.

Customer complaints and negative experiences can be addressed early through internal SMS, resolving issues before they ever reach Google—keeping customers satisfied and preventing bad reviews.

The customer service is so fast. I submitted a ticket and within minutes I recieved an email from Timber who was able to help me resolve the issue immediately. He made it so easy and generally Edge is pretty simple to use.

I'd like to be able to add managers and give them access to their center directly on the website.

**What do you like best about Edge?**

The one great thing I like about the edge is that in order to get that review I have to interact with our customers which is one of my favorite parts of my job the other thring great about the edge is that they have different contests or at least they used to it's always fun and what better but to have competitions and get paid. And I believe it's one of the best ways to actually educate our customers because those are going to be the people that leave you that review

**What do you dislike about Edge?**

The only thing I don't like about the edge is that its name specific and my name can be spelled multiple ways uncorrected. So I'm hoping throwing my nick name banana will help.
Also when the customer receives the text you should be able to give your review of that person and then it specifically take you to either WeedMaps the web site that you work for that way the customer can just say what they appreciated and why they were what their review was

**What do you like best about Edge?**

I love having a platform where I can easily see how clients are saying about each of my employees. I also love that it is easy to navigate through the dashboards. Employees love this too, because they are getting paid when they are mentioned on google. This was very easy to impliment into our system and we have receievd so many more online reviews since working with edge. When something is wrong, there customer support is very friendly and easy to chat with. Issues get resolved in a timely mannager.

**What do you dislike about Edge?**

I cannot move reviews to the correct employee if it is matched with the wrong person. I have to get support from the team at edge directly. However, they are quick to resond and resolve this when it happens.

We have received a lot more google reviews and now have a 4.8 on Google.

Edge has been completely awesome with encouraging my coworkers to get reviews for our company and the best part of it all is they will actually pay you for your reviews! I was in disbelief until I got my first check! Such an amazing company! Timber helped me through any issues I had very promptly.

The downsides are that it took a few extra days to receive my deposit, than the amount of days I figured it would take!

The team that I have worked with is the best about Edge. Alex is always super responsive, friendly, and efficient. She's made learning and using the platform so easy! It was so easy to implement to the General Managers for their use.

**What do you dislike about Edge?**

I am still new to the platform, and will need to work with it more before finding something I find fault in. I have not used it frequently enough just yet.

**What problems is Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mitigating negative reviews. We are able to have a buffer zone where we can chat with the guests. We have saved one customer who left a negative review for us, but it was actually for a different company. After texting with him, he went and changed the review from a 1 star to a 5 star.

Edge makes me feel truly valued as an employee. In the past, I have never had an employer recognize or reward me for my hard work. I also find Edge very easy to use, and it is accessible to everyone. Edge is also very snappy when it comes to customer support. There's plenty of ways to track your earnings and reviews. I check my Edge every day!

The only thing I wish is that I could cash out a bit sooner, but overall, it's a great program despite that.

**What do you like best about Edge?**

Edge initiates interactive result based feedback for businesses, owners, managers, employees and customers through review prompting. Ideal for encouraging post-customer experience as well as providing overall analysis of how teams are performing collectively and individually. Many times we leave a great or positive experience and it eludes us to leave that review of great service (and maybe not so great). Edge is that prompt that says "hey, here's a reminder that we value your feedback". The support team is professional, prompt and willing to resolve any issues or answer any questions. I personally have not seen the technical depths of the platform in regards to the overall analytics and AI components but the overall concept is absolutely beneficial for managers and owners. There should also be (and maybe there is) opportunity for businesses owners to use this tool to gage the work place culture and concerns for and from employees, staff and those who are recently terminated or resigned.

Those reviews that we don't want as with any platform.

I really appreciated the quickness in reply for assistance when I needed help logging in. I had an issue with an invalid code link and they got it fixed right away.

So many things are awesome about edge. However my review is for Timber who was so patient and understanding. They were able to help me resolve my issue in the fastest time. Most places you wait days for response and have to fight for someone to listen to you.

Seems like a good incentive programs for companies.

I was the first to receive a compliment online and am the only one to not be recognized. It's very upsetting when you are working hard and others get acknowledged online after you but first thing by the company and on top never said anything to!

**What do you like best about Edge?**

Edge works like a Dam and allows us to stop a potential bad situation from getting to our google review page. It allows us to fix the issue, allows customers to vent through text which oddly in turn makes addressing the issue easier because they had a chance to get it out without putting it on google once again. It's super easy to respond to reviews, respond through text to address issues, and being able to see staff stats as well which is great! I get an email that allows me to quickly address issues which has me logging in almost daily because it's keeping me and the team on it. 

Customer support has worked with me to quickly get new stores added or subtracted from my view while helping out. Keeping my platform nice and clean.

**What do you dislike about Edge?**

I haven't found much I haven't liked so far. Everything has been great!

It stops a bad situation from getting worse, and more importantly to our google page majority of the time.

Edge helps me manage my employees and set goals for them to provide amazing customer service. I appreciate the support from Edge anytime a problem arises. I always receive fast and understandable messages from the support team. I use Edge every day to ensure our guests are leaving happy with their service. The website is very easy to navigate and understand.

I haven't found any issues while using Edge. The only time I had an issue was when the google reviews weren't appearing on the edge website but an associate helped me as soon as I contacted them.

Edge is helping me by giving my employees the motivation they need in order to ask for reviews. These reviews help guests pick a specialist and help the specialists build their books. It sets an incentive to receive reviews and get a reward at the moment and in the future when new guests see their name come up in reviews.

Edge has helped us reach more customers and gain valuable feedback on our service. The contests have helped motivate the staff and keep them on focused on what matters to the business. The biggest benefit has been the increased google ratings and team recognition.

Not being able to pay associates directly from the app without using a gift card is the only hurdle we have encountered so far. Prize money has to be entered into payroll individually to be paid out which is simply an extra step.

Edge is helping us reach more customers every day to get the feedback needed to make sure our service levels are top notch. The messaging to customers achieves a higher level of customer engagement than we were able to achieve on our own and has already helped improve our Google rating in just a few months. This service is affordable and supported with excellent customer service.

Edge is user-friendly and easy to use! I love the notifications about scoreboard updates, and it's very handy to have the updates about our names being mentioned on Google! Overall a great experience :) Akelia was phenomenal, she is always extremely helpful and friendly!

The only downside to Edge is sometimes Google reviews take a few days to populate to my account. A same-day feature would be very handy!

There isn't much I don't like about Edge - I guess the only thing I could say would be the threshold of what you can withdraw, I don't like that it's $25.

Edge is amazing, I just got started with it a couple weeks ago and cashed out $400 dollars that had been sitting since I started my job back in June 2024. The transfer wait time is significantly quick too.

Edge is awesome! You get money for reviews at Work. When people mention your name in a good review. I had a bunch of reviews and made a deposit to my bank directly from the app. Just had one little issue because it was more than 3 business days so I thought maybe something went wrong with my banking link, but I wrote an email and everybody got back to me as soon as possible. Timber and Jaslyn were a great help! I ended up getting my deposit. Just took a little extra for some reason, but all good simple and easy process.

Nothing! The idea is amazing and the app is great. And easy to use. Awesome for businesses and their employees.
