**What do you like best about EyeOn?**

intelligence reporting and CRM platform that captures and analyzes these key metrics helping you manage.

**What do you dislike about EyeOn?**

Not much. There are some lags glitches. Other than that everything is fine.

**Recommendations to others considering EyeOn:**

Not every CRM is created equally, and if you choose a CRM without properly researching its capabilities (and its weaknesses), then you might end up committed to a system that is unsuitable for your business..
My recommendation is eyeon.

**What problems is EyeOn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reports and problem solving is easy.

How quickly they respond to questions or issues.

**What do you dislike about EyeOn?**

Sometimes there is too much information and it's hard to disseminate to everyone.

**What problems is EyeOn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A quick snapshot look at a specific territory.  We are better able to determine how to market to a specific area and whether to set up new locations.

**What do you like best about EyeOn?**

The user interface makes it so easy to  track the KPIs . It even enables me to concentrate on the KPIs that means more to both me and my client. I highly recommend this product for all of your reporting needs.

**What do you dislike about EyeOn?**

Often times I feel a little overwhelmed with all of the information you can possible look at and it could be hard for others to read as well. Especially if they are new to the marketing industry.


**What problems is EyeOn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing my clients share of voice and understanding the competitive landscape with other competitors.

The new map with competitive dealers and existing dealers

**What do you dislike about EyeOn?**

The dashboard is too busy and hard to decipher

**What problems is EyeOn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to share year-to-date info with dealers, and see a snapshot of units sold, number of customers, and trends.

The mapping portion of the system really makes fining new opportunities. 

**What do you dislike about EyeOn?**

It's still a work I process would be the only negative. They are trying to meet a bunch of different needs while doing a darn good job in doing so. 


**What problems is EyeOn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growing market share and how much there is to have out there.
