What do you like best about EyeMD EMR?

What do you dislike about EyeMD EMR?

You cannot update the pharmacies on your own. In order to update it has to be at the end of the day and it takes a very long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering EyeMD EMR:

I wold recommend this software to all. It is very easy to use and I have made several customized templates for letters, blood work orders, H & P's for our surgery center. I have to train employees on the software ad I find it to be very easy to train someone with no experience. The company is local so if I need help i can reach out to them and have a resolution within minutes. If they cannot fix it through logging in, then they come into the office fairly quickly and resolve any problems. The doctors I work with learned the software very easily as well and they find it very easy to navigate throughout exams, assessments, billing, etc. It is easy to find pharmacies and you can send in a prescription within seconds. We have used the software for years and do regular updates. We are still finding new and useful shortcuts to t his day. It also has a lock screen for Hipaa which is nice as well. Everyone I work with helps each other out with shortcuts as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EyeMD EMR?

Some of the basic qualities are nice. They are easy to move through and easy to find. Very user friendly and easy to maneuver in however it lacks a lot of items we have to use a second software for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
