The AppSuite CMS provides a user-friendly way to customize content, applications, and layouts while still offering plenty of flexibility. The ability to manage projects across multiple touchscreen systems from a centralized platform has helped us streamline operations and maintain consistency across locations. **What do you dislike about Eyefactive?** The platform offers many advanced features, which can make the initial setup process feel a bit overwhelming. The customization features are some of the greatest perks for us as we can adjust everything to exactly as we need it. I really love the extensive documentation, tutorials & support they provide. There is an extensive knowledge base and if this leaves any questions open, they are always ready to assist. **What do you dislike about Eyefactive?** While the software offers such great customization features, some of these seem at first sight a little complex to set up. However, with their support and the detailed help articles and videos, it was much easier than expected. I can only recommend the AppSuite to anyone who is looking to take their digital signage needs to the next level. Reliable service at a very affordable cost. **What problems is Eyefactive solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are no problems whatsoever besides that for some it could be difficult that the software doesn't run on iOS. However, if you have a dual setup with Windows - there is no issue at all. Our initial expectations have been exceeded by far. ### 3. It takes some time to learn how to use the AppSuite just like other software, but once you master it, you can really build any solutions in an hour! The thing is, no programming skills require, pretty similar to some web-builders. **What do you dislike about Eyefactive?** Some features are really nice but not mentioned in the tutorials. **What problems is Eyefactive solving and how is that benefiting you?** It not only costs a lot but also takes a long time to hire a team to create a customized interactive software for i.e. Tradeshows, events... and changing the content by oneself is difficult. Since AppSuite is a content management system, it makes everything easy.
