Extrusia is a connected software suite built specifically for window and door manufacturers. Dealer Connect gives dealers a quoting and ordering portal on the manufacturer's own catalog, rules and pricing. Extrusia ERP runs the plant end to end: a window configurator and price engine, quotes and orders, bills of material and cut lists, shop-floor scanning and labels, glass optimization, shipping, invoicing and receivables. Extrusia Link gives leadership live production dashboards and plant wallboards, and Josie, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions about the live operation and, with approval, carries out tasks. Migration from legacy systems is proven before go-live: real historical orders are repriced line by line, and every difference is explained before cutover.
