Extrua Dispatch is job management software for service businesses with people out on jobs: cleaners, trades (electrical, plumbing, air-con, handyman, locksmiths), and pest, pool and garden rounds. Quote, schedule, clock on and invoice in one app. It was built for a Sydney business with crews on site every day, and that business still runs on it. Quotes turn into jobs with no retyping. Schedule one-off jobs and recurring rounds with every crew on one board and a planned route. Crews clock on by GPS from their phones, with checklists and before/after photos, and the crew app keeps working with no signal. Invoices come straight from the finished job, with online card payment, and go to Xero with payment status coming back. Customers get a client portal to see their jobs, quotes and invoices and request more work. Job costing and profit reports cover every job and client, and trades safety paperwork (SWMS, JSA, staff licences) is included on every plan at no extra cost. Priced per active user: Starter A$53, Growth A$57, Pro A$69 per user per month. No GST is charged. 14-day free trial for the first user; each extra user is billed from the day they're added. Clients, jobs, quotes and invoices are unlimited, and you can export your data at any time.
