It automates the whole shipping workflow — from real-time rate calculation at checkout to label creation, package tracking, return handling and pickup scheduling — without leaving Shopify Admin. Shipping labels: create labels automatically, in bulk, or one at a time. PDF and thermal formats (ZPL, EPL) at several DPI settings print on any printer. International shipments get paperless commercial invoices generated automatically. Live rates at checkout: customers see accurate carrier rates calculated from package dimensions, weight, origin and destination, limited to the services and prices you configure. Live checkout rates need carrier-calculated shipping on the Shopify plan (Advanced and higher, or the Shopify plan billed yearly or with the add-on); labels, tracking, returns and pickups work on every plan. Pickup points: customers can collect their parcel at a UPS Access Point, a DHL Service Point or a Canada Post post office. The nearest point is assigned when the order is placed and shown on the Thank-you and Order status pages, where the customer can choose another one. The label is created for that point. Price rules: adjust the rates customers see by weight, cart total, destination country and product attributes — add handling fees, discounts or free-shipping thresholds, or override carrier rates entirely. Tracking and returns: tracking numbers and status updates sync to Shopify orders automatically. Return labels are created alongside forward shipments or separately. Insurance, duties and taxes: carrier insurance, taxpayer ID (TIN) support and Cash on Delivery, configurable per shipment. Pickup scheduling: schedule carrier pickups right after label creation or manually, without logging into carrier portals. Multi-location and multi-account: ship from several warehouses, each with its own carrier account and settings. Configuration cascades per carrier, per direction (domestic, export, import) and per destination country — set it once globally, then override only where needed. Pricing: Starter plan $5/month plus carriers (UPS $7/month), with a 14-day free trial.
