What do you like best about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

I am in IT and support this product for our legal team. Exterro has the best support I have had the pleasure of working with.

We are currently moving from on-premises to the cloud and I am looking forward to this transition. If we have any technical issues, the support is extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns that staff members may have.

What do you dislike about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

Honestly, I haven't had anything that has displeased me. Currently, my only dissatisfaction with the product is the speed of the collections in the on-prem solution. The support we have received from Exterro has been very good and we have worked to solve the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exterro Data Risk Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to cut our manual process and this has saved us a lot of time and money.

Working in the IT area, I help the legal department if they encounter any problems with the system or have additional questions about why certain things are or are not working.

This product has saved our legal department in the number of hours the staff had to spend manually finding and collecting the data. It has also saved by not having to send an external lawyer to process it at a higher cost to our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
