We like the benefit provided by the pricing of health insurance as a large group as opposed to the small group pricing.

Sometimes a lack on consistency across various teams. Would like more consistency and cohesiveness across the team assigned to our account. We have had some issues with payroll platform updates creating issues with codes, tax etc. More communication about platform updates and impacts would be appreciated.
