I have worked with ExtensisHR for more than 10 years, and I truly consider them a partner to our organization rather than simply a service provider. Our relationship feels seamless, and I really value how familiar they are with our organization, our processes, and our needs.
From a payroll perspective, having knowledgeable, responsive support at my fingertips is extremely valuable. Whether it’s a routine question or a more complex situation, I consistently get the guidance and support I need.
What I appreciate most is that the relationship goes beyond just completing tasks or delivering a service. There is a genuine working partnership, along with a clear willingness to understand our business and step in with support whenever we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most challenging area tends to be the technology and overall system functionality, especially within the HR platform and its reporting capabilities. Although I’ve seen improvements over the years and I appreciate the continued investment in enhancing the systems, there are still limitations and constraints that can make certain processes—particularly reporting—more cumbersome than they need to be.
Another challenge is integrating information with other systems. Because of the PEO structure, there are limitations on pushing data from the platform into other tools, which can create additional manual work when trying to connect processes or streamline workflows.
Overall, I see these as opportunities for continued enhancement rather than major downsides to the partnership. More flexibility, stronger reporting capabilities, and additional integration options would add even more value and help reduce administrative effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
