I really like that ExtendInsights is very easy to use. I've never used anything like it before, especially a feature that can connect to Excel or CSV files, which significantly cuts down on time since entering entries manually would take much longer. I struggle with the speed at which errors are reported when running a file to see if it can be uploaded. It should tell you immediately rather than waiting for the entire file to be scanned. The process just seems a little clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the simplicity of using ExtendInsights because it helps simplify our work. It's really useful for doing multiple things at one go instead of doing them repetitively. The most important or exciting thing about it is how it allows us to post bulk entries in NetSuite at the same time without issues, saving us a lot of time and effort. The feature I use the most is Celigo, which helps in posting a dump of entries every month or quarter very easily and effectively. Also, the setup was very easy with just one call for the demo where they explained how to operate it, and there have been no issues with using the application. I don't have any issue except for sometimes that it doesn't auto-populate the things from NetSuite because the software are aligned or integrated into each other. I haven't been very successful at using AI queries. To be fair, I have not devoted much time to it. In order to get the queries to work correctly, it seems that you still need to know which tables to pull from and how to link them. It's not as simple as just typing what you want to see.
