I like the ease and efficiency of being able to update my NetSuite data without having to create a template in NetSuite, then create a CSV file and upload it, sometimes multiple times depending on the quality of the data. I've been using CloudExtend for the past 3-4 years and it is amazing. I live in Excel so being able to make updates to NetSuite without switching screens or creating a new .csv upload is so helpful and saves me an enormous amount of time. I feel more confident using CloudExtend than NetSuite's .csv uploader to update existing records and create new records. It's easier to use and more efficient. We don't have a dedicated admin, and we've spent countless hours cleaning up our database and fixing errors. The only ONLY issue I seem to have is uploading massive record counts and having issues with the records that are timing out the upload or causing it not to complete.
