I like how ExtendInsights is easy to use and simplifies my tasks by removing the manual work of putting in journal entry lines. We've been using Celigo CloudExtend Excel for NetSuite for the last several months and it has streamlined many of our processes. Reports that used to take 2 hours are ready in less than 5 minutes. It's convenient to work in Excel without needing to switch to NetSuite, yet have the current NetSuite data at our fingertips. Their support is fantastic, their technical support personnel are knowledgeable and quick to respond, and their online resources for training are thorough and easy to use. Currently, the templates for accessing NetSuite data cannot be shared with other users in your organization, so when a group collaborates, each person has to re-create the process. We don't need to re-create and email the same report each month. Reports can be set on a schedule, so once you have a working copy, it will automatically update. Spreadsheets containing the report can be shared with team members who don't use NetSuite.
