I like the simplicity of using ExtendInsights because it helps simplify our work. It's really useful for doing multiple things at one go instead of doing them repetitively. The most important or exciting thing about it is how it allows us to post bulk entries in NetSuite at the same time without issues, saving us a lot of time and effort. The feature I use the most is Celigo, which helps in posting a dump of entries every month or quarter very easily and effectively. Also, the setup was very easy with just one call for the demo where they explained how to operate it, and there have been no issues with using the application. I don't have any issue except for sometimes that it doesn't auto-populate the things from NetSuite because the software are aligned or integrated into each other. I love that journal entries can be populated directly in Excel and then uploaded to NetSuite in one click. This feature saves a huge amount of time for my staff and me. The initial setup of ExtendInsights was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ExtendInsights? I haven't been very successful at using AI queries. To be fair, I have not devoted much time to it. In order to get the queries to work correctly, it seems that you still need to know which tables to pull from and how to link them.
