I find Extend incredibly efficient for booking hotel rooms safely using virtual cards, minimizing the risk of fraudulent use of our credit cards. The initial setup process was very straightforward, and I appreciated that our American Express representative guided us through it completely. I'm reassured by the significant security benefits, as we've not experienced any fraudulent charges or compromises on our credit cards since using Extend. The assurance that our American Express main cards remain uncompromised is wonderful, and I feel confident recommending the American Express virtual card through Extend for the protection it offers to the primary card. I find Extends UX very user-friendly and intuitive. The chatbot provides quick answers to most questions, and card issuance is very fast. So far, we haven’t experienced any issues with data breaches or anything related to payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Extend often lags, especially when it’s reflecting changes to budgets, amounts, and similar updates. I’d really like to see a more robust dashboard that clearly shows budgets and amounts, and also highlights cards that are close to expiring. I’d also love mobile wallet enablement.
