"Easy-to-Use Payment Security Tool That Simplifies Expense Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Extend?

As an employee, I find it convenient to have access to a virtual tool that helps protect the company’s payment security. The site is easy to navigate as well, so it’s straightforward to use whenever I need it. I also like being able to review the transactions in my wallet, since it makes it easier to track my spending and submit expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extend?

I honestly don’t have any items I dislike. The product and the site work well for what I need, and they let me operate and manage company expenses without having to rely on my personal credit cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Convenient Access on My Phone and Smart Devices"
5/5
What do you like best about Extend?

I can add it to my phone or smart device for quick access without carrying a card around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extend?

There have been a lot of resets due to fraud this year. That's frustrating when it doesn't hit my account, but results in a delay in using my card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Quick, Very Easy and Very Convenient"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Extend?

Extend is so helpful in not only keeping our main credit card account numbers secure from fraudulent activity by creating virtual card numbers, but it also allows us to instantaneously categorize each expense for budgeting and monthly statement reconciliation. Highly recommend Extend for any business wanting to streamline their expenses and keep their card numbers secure.

The initial implementation and integration processes only took about 5 minutes to setup and the process of setting up a new v-card takes less than 1 minute, thus ease of integration is superb. We utilize the services of Extend daily for multiple transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extend?

We have not found any downsides or dislikes with Extend, it is so easy use and very quick to add, edit or inactivate v-cards on the fly. And because we have never had any issues , we have not had any need to interact with Customer Service to-date. But we anticipate that they would also be very helpful and efficient for a resolution if any issue were to arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Expense Management with Virtual Cards"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Extend?

I like the virtual card aspect of Extend, where I can create separate cards for different uses. This allows me to put marketing expenses on one card and IT expenses on another. It helps me segment my spending and makes sure everything is accurately and easily accounted for by my employees. I also found the initial setup of Extend very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extend?

The only drawback of using virtual cards is every so often, I need a physical card to complete a purchase. In those cases, I have to use a different card and not use the Extend virtual card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cheyenne Herron of Extend

Thanks for the feedback, Jonathan! Happy to hear that Extend is making reporting and reconciliation easier for you!

"Efficient Budget Control with Some Integration Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Extend?

I like the fact that I can set a limit on someone's card, being the corporate controller. This way, they have a finite amount to be able to spend, which helps with budgeting and making sure that projects aren't going beyond what we were planning on the cost to be. The initial setup of Extend was very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extend?

We have a difficult time having physical cards and transaction activity linking to the Extend platform, and we've seen some bugs there. Also, the limitation on the number of users we can have on the account has caused some issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Accurate Receipts, but Apple Wallet Setup Could Be Clearer"
3/5
What do you like best about Extend?

I appreciate that the service is reliable and easy to use on a regular basis. Being able to upload reciepts and the total is accurate is better compared to my previous platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extend?

It was unintuitive to set up payment through Apple Wallet as I got an error when I attempted to add my virtual card manually. I didn't know that I had to download the app and add it through there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Extend because it helps keep track of receipts, which is essential for my work-related expenses. I enjoy being able to charge what is needed and upload receipts while making notes about what they are for. What do you like best about Extend?

I like best about Extend is the ease of creating temporary or recurring credit cards for payments and co-workers. Also, expiration dates can be chosen, cards can be canceled easily. Virtual cards can also be used multiple times until the balance is used. Customer support was great, we had a virtual meeting that answered our questions and walked through some of the features.
