Get everything organized and separate, groups are well divided

if the supplier pre authorize an amount then charge a different ones, this is not  shown into this portal

**What problems is Extend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we can track expenses and authorize different amounts based on the deposit we need to pay to suppliers

Just wanted to clarify your issue with supplier auths, because it may be something we can solve! Are you looking to see both pre-auth amounts as well as cleared amounts? You're right that the final cleared amount is what appears in the app, but when you download a .CSV of your transactions, you should be able to see that level of detail. The .CSV has a few different amount columns including merchant authorization amount and settlement amount. Additionally, you can also attach any purchase orders or invoices to your virtual cards and transactions to compare what was agreed upon with what was charged.

**What do you like best about Extend?**

I like all of the improvements that Extend has made since we started using the platform. They continue to add functionality and make the experience more user friendly. We love the way we can document our expense support and easily manage spend and teams within the platform. Their support staff was very helpful during the onboarding process. We use Extend daily.

**What do you dislike about Extend?**

We can't see virtual card usage on our statements, which isn't really anything negative about Extend, but rather Amex and the lack of integration between Amex Business and Extend.

Credit card reconciliation and expense support documentaion.

Most useful part of having the Extend cart is having separate cards for each company for security purposes. That way you don't have to replace your card all the time.

I like that we are able to give our clients  the option to have their employees and vendors use this overseas. We have a lot of payment that need to be made in Australia. This is way faster and easier than sending ACH payments. Feels also like its more secure.

I don't really have anything to dislike about the servcies provided. Its only been helpful to us.

We have many overseas transactions, and its so much easier to create virtual cards rather than having cards created and overnighted to far away countries.

It needs an option to use. Chase cards. Also need it to show up on the Amex statement as marketing so you can get 4x points.

Being able to have the ability to create virtual cards on the fly helps keep us organized and safe. I don't lose sleep at night worried about fraud!

Having too many cards can make things messy!

It helped to make sure I knew which vendors had which cards and adjusting the available balances so I know exactly where everything is!

Extend allows for robust reporting and tracking for those with corporate Amex accounts. It's a very user-friendly platform that allows for visibility and receipts submission.  In addition, this platform allows for effortless virtual card creation for AP payments and distribution to team members without the need for physical cards.

**What do you dislike about Extend?**

I want this platform to incorporate more sophistication as it expands to allow for more dynamic user roles. Currently, the functions are somewhat limited. In addition, the downloads for end-of-month reporting have been problematic lately, and the ability to contact customer support is limited.

Extend allows for expense reporting for our Amex cardholders and the issuance of virtual cards for noncardholders.  In addition, we use this for payment of prominent one-time vendors.

The most helpful thing with having Extend is it allowes us control over spending on our cards. Its also super quick to set up a card and have it used in situations where a payment is needed ASAP. We use it often for our employees who are overseas.

I have not really noticed any downsides to Extend.

It has been very useful to add virtual cards quickly and easily and assing them to employees or to use for specific vendors. I like the security of knowing that I can close a virtual card quickly without it affecting the main card account number.

I think the most difficult thing will be having employees register for the system and upload receipts.

Issuing virtual cards to protect the integrity of the initial card account number and protect against fraud.

**What do you like best about Extend?**

PayWithExtend is a very easy platform to use for virtual credit cards, both for administrators and end users. We set up over 90 virtual credit cards in our first year of using them and had no complaints from our employees. You can create a virtual credit card that is ready to use in under a minute. Employees can upload receipts for each transaction which is wonderful for our accounting team to have records of everything.

**What do you dislike about Extend?**

There is no functionality for payment approvals before a transaction is made. Available references can not be limited on budgets, which is problematic when you have many references on an account.

**What problems is Extend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preventing fraud by setting limits on virtual credit cards.
Employees can directly verify transactions they make with a credit card.
Improves corporate credit card security by allowing virtual credit cards to be suspended.

We use Extend to create virtual cards for our client's media spend.  Use of virtual cards is an easier way to keep each client seperate.  Also, there is lower risk for fraud.

Their platform reporting/search is not the easiest.

The only downside is that they seem to only work with Amex cards? Would be amazing if it could work for all our credit cards.

**What do you like best about Extend?**

Simple browsing through the platform.  Easy and quick setup and management of cards is possible.  Downloadable Excel files for payment information are available.

**What do you dislike about Extend?**

Budgets cannot limit the number of references that are available, which is a concern if you have several references on one account.

**What problems is Extend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My staff has no trouble navigating their site and completing tasks effectively because of the way easy it is to use.

Extend was always there for me whenever I needed to create virtual cards for my business purchases. I was able to easily integrate this into my workflows. In addition, their support team is very knowledgeable and responsive.

Extend should maybe have their users test out any new features they are planning to roll out.

The platform is straightforward to use.  Card setup and maintenance can be done and managed easily and quickly.  Transaction detail can be downloaded into Excel.

**What do you dislike about Extend?**

Cards are assigned to 1 expense type, so a new card is needed if you are using the platform to identify different expenses.

It would be great to have more options in terms of Mastercard and Visa, not only with American Express.

What I like best is hos simple it is to create new credit cards and send them to your team.

Extend makes it very easy to manage and track spend across multiple business areas/clients/platforms etc.

I wish admins had the ability to view full credit card numbers of the cards they have created for other users.. I have had multiple instances where i have had to chase down this info from cardholders

Mainly tracking ad spend across multiple digital ad platforms and clients

The thing we liked the best about Extend Enterprises was the quick, high quality, and thorough support we received. Their team was very knowledgable, able, and ready to answer questions or help us work out any problems we had.

The think that we disliked about Extend Enterprises was it was lacking in features compared to other options we explored. Still, they are fantastic option even without those little things.
