Great communication, and put together a program that met most of our needs very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extend?

The netsuite upsell integration is hard for sales reps to use and doesn't prompt them at the correct moment.

The after-sale warranty upsell doesn't exist at all, this isn't something that was made clear to us at the time we committed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
