I am very disappointed with the warranty process provided by Extend. The communication was poor, as the return mail went to my spam, which caused delays. When I finally attempted to send back the item, I had to reapply for the replacement and was denied, despite being previously approved for the exact same issue. This lack of clarity and consistency has caused me significant frustration. Moreover, the warranty process has been a waste of my time and money, providing no tangible benefit. I also dislike that promised coverage was not upheld, and the process to return and repair items was not straightforward.
