Audio recordings can be loaded automatically from CD, email, LAN, FTP, local hard drive and Express Delegate. Traditional hand held dictation recorders can also be docked and the audio transferred. Features a Mini version to reduce the applications screen space. Features: Variable speed (constant pitch) playback. Supports a variety of foot pedal controls. It has a free trial version to test its capabilities and decide if it's worth buying the license. Additionally, it is very lightweight software, doesn't have many requirements, and its development is very good, as it doesn't take up much space and its download is quick and efficient. **What do you dislike about Express Scribe?** The interface is a bit complex at first, so diving in without informing oneself and then pretending to discover the program as it is used is practically impossible without using a guide. Mastering the program one hundred percent takes time, practice, and the program's functions are difficult to find if you haven't used them more than once. Therefore, when working with it, it can be slower and even a bit more cumbersome. **Recommendations to others considering Express Scribe:** Express Scribe has a help document, in which it offers a lot of necessary information to start testing the capabilities of this software.
