**What do you like best about Exportly?**

What I like best about Exportly is that it collapses what used to be a clunky, multi-step manual process into a single one-click action where our sales team lives, so reps get accurate, point-in-time contact and account data without ever leaving their workflow. The workflows turn what used to be tedious prospecting research into a two- or three-minute task, and because our Clay tables sit under the hood, we can tune and fix enrichment logic ourselves instead of being stuck waiting on a vendor.

**What do you dislike about Exportly?**

I'd love more granular admin-level configurability surfaced natively in the extension so I can self-serve per-rep or per-team export credit allocation.

**What problems is Exportly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exportly solves the reliability and workflow-friction problems we had previously by pulling accurate, point-in-time data and letting reps enrich and sequence a contact in one click. That's meant faster, more self-serve prospecting for reps and far less manual cleanup and escalation work for me on the ops side.

**What do you like best about Exportly?**

I appreciate Exportly for providing better contact data and having a better interface for reps than using Clay directly, which means less tool hopping. The support from their team is particularly remarkable—they are so responsive, helpful, and proactive. I feel like I can grow with them. When issues do arise, they resolve them quickly.

**What do you dislike about Exportly?**

I really don't have much to say, based on the current product + people, I love it. I actually think they should get more broad in their offering. I could see value in them being a sales rep-facing interface that supports/powers more than sales prospecting flows.

**What problems is Exportly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exportly provides better contact data, a better interface for reps than Clay, and reduces tool hopping.

**What do you like best about Exportly?**

Exportly leverages the value of Clay extremely well and it was easy to transition our SDRs from our last data enrichment to this one.

Customizing the workbooks to your liking is fairly straightforward (assuming you have a decent understanding of Clay workbooks)

The new UI is good! Our sales team liked it immediately.

Onboarding was great, the team was extremely helpful in getting everything set up and helping with some nuanced features we needed

**What do you dislike about Exportly?**

It can be tricky to troubleshoot at times. There are formulas that exist in some of the existing Exportly workbooks that are a bit complex. 

And this isn't Exportly's fault but it is subject to any slowdowns with the data integrations

**What problems is Exportly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped empower our SDRs to source prospects and enrich accounts while leveraging the power and convenience of Clay.

**What do you like best about Exportly?**

Combination of cost and flexibility. Naturally, because of it's connection with Clay, it gives us way more control over cost and how we use data. They also have a super responsive and great team to work with. Plus, the quality of our data has improved since switching to exportly. You can tell that it's still early, and really the sky is the limit being built on top of Clay.

**What do you dislike about Exportly?**

Slightly ease of use for SDRs, but that said, all our reps are now getting a hang of at least understanding Clay and the enrichment area, getting new ideas on how we can leverage the tool and more. Long term, a win-win.

**What problems is Exportly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enriching contacts from Linkedin or elsewhere and enrolling them in sequences across platforms.

**What do you like best about Exportly?**

I appreciate how Exportly simplifies the process of finding email addresses, phone numbers, and contact information, as well as importing this data into the CRM and ensuring everything stays synced. This efficiency dramatically reduces the time it takes from previously ten to twenty minutes across multiple systems down to just a few seconds, which is incredibly beneficial for sales reps. Additionally, the initial setup of Exportly was notably easy, and their quick development of SSO functionality within a week when we first started using the platform demonstrates their commitment to customer needs. Exportly also continues to impress by launching great new features consistently.

**What do you dislike about Exportly?**

It's in its early days - one could wish you could trigger enrichment flows from a few more places. The CRM for instance.

**What problems is Exportly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Exportly streamlines the process of gathering and importing contact info into CRM, significantly reducing time from minutes to seconds, and maintains synchronization effortlessly.
