ExportEase is post-shipment compliance software built for Indian exporters. Once a booking is confirmed, it takes over the paperwork trail. It tracks the container across major shipping lines, warns you before a cut-off is missed, and sends your buyer automatic updates when the box is stuffed, sails, or the ETA changes. Payment reminders follow the terms on your own invoice. When the money arrives, enter the amount and ExportEase prepares the full bank realisation set in your bank's format, then files your eBRC through DGFT. It also checks IGST refund, drawback and RoDTEP status so errors are caught before money gets stuck, and counts down the FEMA realisation window on every shipment. Your team uploads three things: the booking copy, the invoice and packing list, and the amount received. ExportEase handles the rest. Built in Punjab by Vastara Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd. Simplify Your Exports. Free plan available, no card needed.
