"Great Product and Great Team"

What do you like best?

It's a bit difficult to choose which is better between the great team or the well-rounded product. The product as the Customer Data Platform is remarkable and has truly allowed us to have a 360° view of each and every customer that shops with us. They call this attribute the true Single Customer View and I think the word "true" describes it very well. We are able to leverage this regardless of how our customers engage with our brand. We can understand each of them much better and have a view of context, whether the customer is engaging with us online, or even offline. I have to say the icing on the cake is that we are now able to segment against the customer profiles that Exponea have created. With this we are able to trigger campaigns across ALL of the channels, and do so on the fly. We are able to give our customers a consistent, omni-channel experience. Exponea ensures the right messaging and at the right time for all of our customers. It's been incredible! The team are equally as fantastic and it's been a pleasure working with each of the members. This has been the first instance where I've seen the quality continue from the sales pitch to integration to post integration. It's difficult to say that about other tools that are out there these days.

What do you dislike?

For me, this is actually a tough one to answer, as Exponea excel in almost every aspect. In terms of improvement areas, I think that the most beneficial would have to be for Exponea to explore some advanced onsite search capabilities. But really, the tool is constantly evolving so I imagine this is already on the team's radar.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Ensure your end users are involved in the migration and scope documentation. Seeing how the events/attributes are structured in Exponea is invaluable if you are going to also be setting up campaign activity.

The best piece of advice was actually given to me by another customer and that was to make the most of their Integration Consultants - they are incredible and treat your goals as if they're your own - they are experts at translating your business requirements into use cases within Exponea and also take into consideration so many other things to make sure you get the most out of the integration from the start.

Every employee has the same amazing attitude and they really believe in creating loyalty, even more fitting for the field they're in.

We're already looking at further integrations and implementing it's use across the business due to the insight we can gain from it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Exponea has definitely helped alleviate a few critical pain points as well as help us optimize areas in which we focus heavily on. The first that should be mentioned is that we now have a self-managed technology that provides a holistic single customer view, again it's a pretty great feeling to understand our customers (online & offline) better than ever before. This really enables us to personalise our customers' experiences, regardless of the channel in which the user engages. This has been great in ensuring that we are keeping the messaging consistent. They are allowing us to personalize at scale. Sofology are a customer-centric company and it's been fantastic working alongside the Exponea team who are customer-centric themselves. The tool was designed to give customers the best experience possible, and the results we've been seeing since the implementation and use of Exponea have been reflecting that.

"A great platform where you are never alone. There is always someone to help you"

What do you like best?

From my point of view, Exponea is a platform that will be used a lot in the future. It solved many issues for my company and the staff was incredibly helpful with any issue I had. Even though some scenarios were too complex to be handled just by me, I had help from all over, from the help centre to the designated person who is managing our account. The platform has great features and with a bit of knowledge of the front end, many amazing results came out of the collaboration with Exponea. The fact that we can make segmentation for the users who did not open the email and approach them again in order to determine them to receive the information is great. As well, the fact that we made several weblayers and we created some rules for them helped us from giving too much information to the customer. Also, segmentation of the web layers came in handy during some specific promotions because we were able to show one banner for those interested in a brand and another banner for those interested in the competition. I believe we are using just a small part of what Exponea does, but we already see results regarding the kpi we follow.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike personally, but what could be considered an impediment in using all the customization features, automation and reports is the lack of knowledge of the user. The ways the platform works is quite intuitive, but when it comes to more complex tasks it is not so handy to accomplish them. Exponea completed many pages with step by step information since we started our collaboration so I would say that things are going into a good direction. However, at this moment I still believe no one could just log in on the platform and use it right away at its full potential.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are not using Exponea you should do it because you have all the information you need in one place. You can do reports and see what metrics you should focus on, or see in depth the results of your actions. As well, you can create complex scenarios which create a path for the user from the first moment he subscribes till the first purchase and so on. Through the automation, you could put the client in the focus of your business. You can send personalized messages for the birthday of the user or its name day, you can send a voucher to activate the user or inform those interested in some particular activity of your website that you have a dedicated promotion.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had rather low open rates and recently we started working on scenarios including best open time which improved our results significantly. Moreover, the segmentation we made for different brands (as being an online retailer) helped us better reach the user. We recently connected to the Ads accounts and we are going to implement soon this feature too which sounds amazing. We increased the click rate by making scenarios that involved waiting time, segmentation and best open time and we have some automated scenarios which let the person in charge of the newsletter to take care of more tasks. Beyond all, Exponea found solutions for us in order to make all our projects work even though we faced many technical issues on our side.

"The service facilitates many tasks"

What do you like best?

We use SendPulse for over a year. We chose this particular service, since the price for a subscription is on average 50% lower than that of competitors. At the same time, the functionality of the service is not inferior to them. Mailing automation works fine, the attached files do not disappear.

What do you dislike?

There are no complaints about the work of the service. But we had such a case, when for a month's subscription, we had twice the amount withdrawn from the card. We wrote to the support service and in a month everything was returned. But why it did not happen to us explained.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

When one of our clients tells us that He does not pay the bill because they did not receive the mail, we validate in sendpulse and we can see if the mail bounced, or the client if it received it and even if he read it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been doing e-mail for a long time and sendpulse is the fourth service I use. And this is the most convenient service I've tested, in which I will definitely continue to work. I did not find anything uncomfortable or complicated, everything is intuitively understandable.

"More Execution, Less IT"

What do you like best?

It seems as though Exponea has no limits! I kept coming up with different ideas and concepts for use cases which were not preset in the tool, up to that point. Their team never once told me "I'm sorry, we can't do that" or "our tool doesn't do that". The Exponea team always came back to me with "There is always a solution", because the platform works with all tools and their data-driven employees function on a highly technical level. The tool is very agile and amazingly dynamic, so that the requirements can be implemented in a reasonable time frame. So far, we've enjoyed working with the experts from Exponea, along with all the capabilities that the platform offers to our team. We can see that our customers have liked us going with Exponea, it shows in our numbers.

What do you dislike?

- The documentation could be more extensive at some points or another. I know they are constantly working on that.

- The fact that you are given a great many different possibilities suffers from the intuitive operation (for example, interplay of metrics, aggregates, reports). You have to spend some time diving a bit deeper into the knowledge base of things, that are not necessarily part of the daily business. This adds a bit more of tasks to all of us on the team but the more you know the more effective you are with the tool, obviously.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to execute highly personalized campaigns more rapidly. We pinpoint our targeted segments through ram storage and tracking diversity, which has offered a significant conversion rate optimization. Our team has had increased productivity through not having to be dependent on the IT team. We are able to use weblayers and experiments, and this has allowed a significant reduction in the manual work for the content department, through the opportunities that Exponea's marketing automation offers us.

On top of that, we have been much more effective in our efforts and are really enjoying the omnichannel communications with our user base. We have a much higher open rate now, as the message comes to each customer when they are most probably going to open it. We now spend our time doing more execution.

"Multi-Channel Automation with Exponea"

What do you like best?

We started with Exponea 3 years ago and have been using them ever since. I worked with so many different tools before that, but Exponea is the most complex because it's capable of integrating analysis, emailing, SMS and Facebook messages. This makes it so much more easy to design multi-channel campaigns, automate, test and evaluate the results, all in one place. To me, this is a huge benefit. Keep in mind that the platform, for the most part, is user-friendly as well.

Also, with Exponea we are now able to answer more complex questions, since we have all our data in just one tool.

Additionally, Exponea has very good Customer Support. They have a chat integrated right into Exponea, so you can always bounce your ideas off the help desk, and they are super responsive

What do you dislike?

Exponea is easy, it’s a robust tool, but some UX aspects need to be strengthened. If you’re doing basic functions, it’s ok, but if you’re working on a more complex task, it’s not always easy to complete it. At this point you have to talk to Support. Certain activities require experience of working with the platform. E

Exponea does, however, have some great knowledge-base articles, but sometimes you may need some extra help from their team. In short, the learning curve can be a bit steep but it's worth it in the end.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We mainly work with A/B testing in emails and marketing automation. In the past, we used MailChimp, and it was really hard to run campaigns every day or on a weekly basis. With Exponea we are easily able to automate and now we can plan campaigns for a whole month, or so, without hesitation.

Additionally, we also work with cart abandonment emails, and before Exponea we were simply lacking this data. Now we are able to trigger the cart abandonment messaging for those who have left the cart and this is a great way to get those conversions. It's helped us quite a bit.

We use weblayers/banners, which help us track customer actions on the website, in real time, and we are able to show personalized weblayers to our customers on our webpage, which resulted in a sales increase. Because of this we started to focus a bit more on this aspect of the Exponea tool. Yeah, the weblayers are great. We also started testing the "experiments“ module to update some pages on our website and A/B test these updates.

"Great tool that allows our marketing team to be independent"

What do you like best?

Exponea connects multiple online marketing tools into a single instrument, thus allowing us to be independent of a data department and other analytics tools. We simply need a graphic designer and marketer who are able to send custom emails, assign credits with scenarios, or create complex reactivation campaigns based on data. With extensive analytics we are able to monitor A/B test results, reach, and other performance metrics of each activity in real-time.

What do you dislike?

We would welcome more presentations on new features, as well as other successful case studies, with high quality results in conversion and/or revenue uplift. Each client listens to numbers and looks for inspiration to help them. The most demanding aspect is the evaluation of scenarios and weblayers, we would need more training and examples from practice.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The most valuable benefit of using Exponea is the independence that a marketing team has, away from an IT department. We can set all marketing acitivites, like banners or emails, test and evaluate them. It is also very important to us to have the ability to monitor the performance in real-time and quickly react to the data with banner variants, changing CTA texts, or other retention and reactivation activities.

Most Exponea activities like emails, banners and weblayers brought us an increase in conversions and additional profit.

"Great Marketing automation tool with the machine learning features directly included in product"

What do you like best?

How easy was to integrate Exponea Solution with our company software and data, but the most exciting part was the marketing automation capabilities of the product. From campaigns management, to web layers and the surrounding machine learning features that range from recommendation to prediction engine. We got from project idea to first campaign up and running in just 1 month. Great value.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, the product evolves very quickly, so any gaps in functionality are being addressed by the Exponea development team in a very agile fashion. Even after 6 months we are still not using 100% of what Exponea has to offer, but the features that we do use drive 95% of the benefit.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for marketing automation product, you should give Exponea a try. The proof of concept with impact measurement could be done in 1 - 2 months and Exponea offers money back guarantee. We did NOT utilize the guarantee, as we were very satisfied with the pilot project and now we are running Exponea in 2 countries and across 4 brands and we are preparing to expand to 2 additional countries by year end.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Triggered personalized communication, recommendation of the right product at the right time to the right customer both in email and on the web. Customer base segmentation. The conversion rate of those people that we address through Exponea is on average by more than 30% higher compared to the control group that we are leaving out, so we can measure LIFT impact of using versus NOT using Exponea tooling.

"With Exponea we can do what we talked about for a long time"

What do you like best?

Exponea is super easy to use by business people - I mean those who don't have IT background. This is critically important because you either have business guy who is not able to write requests and code or you have an IT guy whose business sense is limited. Using Exponea is cheaper and quicker than finding a guy combining both characteristics.

What do you dislike?

When you are used to work in google analytics it takes some time to get used to how Exponea works.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just give it a chance and try it. Don't fall in lies of interal development team saying they can build it in house... they can't. And if yes, by the time they build it Exponea will be already elsewhere :)

We are standing in front of the task how to monetize high volume of traffic on t-mobile.cz. Thanks to web personalization, behavior bases weblayers and lead generation we managed to multiple our sales value in few months.

"Everyday life with Exponea"

What do you like best?

It's easy to use, you can create a nice graph in an instant, send an email campaign with different conditions, the customer support is really supportive and very helpful.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes, when I have too many Exponea windows opened, it is really slow. There are also some design bugs, but they can be (and I believe will be) quickly fixed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm using it every day for pretty much everything - analysis of customers' behavior on our web page, sales analysis, monitoring of conversion rate and bounce rate, marketing campaigns... Exponea beautifully complements our databases and other tools that are used in Analytics team. Besides that, it is an irreplaceable tool for our Marketing team. As for the benefits, I like how easy it is to create nice and neat reports and funnels. Also, when you send emails from Exponea, there is a native HTML builder, it's quite easy to use and you can put there many detailed conditions.

What do you like best?

Robust marketing automation tool that allows marketers to track omnichannel customer journeys for complete visibility of the influence on a prospect. It offers lots of integration options that are easy to set-up.

Exponea’s capabilities allow for speed in development and deployment of marketing campaigns

Lead scoring helps us to score pretty much everything including demographic data points and user behaviour

Considering how much you can do in this one platform it is relatively easy to pick up and understand. With Exponea, we can not only push out distributions more effectively, but truly measure the impact of campaigns beyond vanity metrics

Advanced scenarios worth mentioning: cart abandonment email, timely sent newsletters, etc

Flexibility, customization, reporting, custom dashboards, granular activity tracking and real-time numbers.

What do you dislike?

Lack of documentation for specific use cases - you need a help from Exponea expert from time to time to bring your hypothesis to life.

"Marketing automation with Exponea"

What do you like best?

Very fast web integration (basic tracking is integrated in few days, full integration is dependent on site complexity - but, according to my experiences it takes 2-4 weeks).

Most exponea´s features are really intuitive and you can start with your work (campaigns/reports/analyses) just after you integrate it on the web.

Exponea has all major features, which i need to create modern and successful campaigns in the easy way.

Exponea has a great support that always tries to solve all questions quickly and efficiently.

Exponea is an ever evolving environment with new possibilities.

What do you dislike?

So far, complete and detailed documentation is missing (but, how i wrote, support is really good). Especially in the case of integration into bigger crm we would need more detailed documentation.

Also a console for debugging scripts is missing.

Some, more complex features, are a bit confusing for inexperienced user.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Exponea is really strong platform with many helpfully features. Exponea can help you in all customer circle steps (aquisition, care, retention) and, it is great for any analytics.

Exponeas integrability and variability is also great benefit for your existing tech structures.

Exponea helped us in several projects. In general, it was about becoming more information about behavior of customers on the web. From which we could create more effective campaigns, with all modern trends - automatisation, personalisation, follow ups, care etc.

"A Wealth of Data"

What do you like best?

Exponea is the most robust and customisable marketing automation tool there is ; their platform really excel in its ability to cater for any business data needs; from creating custom funnels, to zeroing in on specific interactions in the customer journey, to 3D reports with complex variances, the options that are available in the is platform are breathtaking.

What do you dislike?

It is not the easiest platform to learn, and at times the learning curve can be steep. Its wealth of options and custom tools means that users needs some time before one to excel and learn about the hidden ins and outs of the platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For a good alternative to Adobe Marketing Cloud, with more options and customizabilities, Exponea is the way to go for marketing automation, A/B Tests, and data analytics.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to craft CRM and marketing solutions and campaigns around the data and visualizations that are captured from Exponea. Its Mailgun service is excellent for campaigns; with efficent delivery mechanisms, and its complex integrations with third-party services like Facebook Ads and Google Ad Words also makes it a holistic tool for marketing and engagement.

"Exponea the working cloud"

What do you like best?

I like working with Exponea as a programmer. It gives me full control of what is show on page and how can we handle such events. I like how Exponea automate daily task. If you are about to create new weblayers or subscribe buttons, also you want to A/B test it, Exponea gives you full control about everything. You can use your own HTML/CSS/JavaScript (jQuery) style and it's even Jinja positive. Absolute top!

What do you dislike?

Creating reviews is hard if you don't know everything about your website and what are you tracking. But once you manage to beat it, the final form is awesome and good to watch. If you are new to Exponea, they will help you with everything with patience and friendship.

"Powerful, comprehensive and easy to use marketing automation tool"

What do you like best?

Exponea is easy to use and provides us with a hugely comprehensive set of marketing automation features. The editing and flow building features are intuitive with changes being able to be live instantly. Particularly good is the way the features available are constantly expanding with a published and very comprehensive roadmap.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. The only bit which is a little unnerving is the breadth of the tool when you first look at it. There is so much you can do with it then guidance on where to aim first is critical.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are only just out of the pilot phase so have focussed on porting over all our existing marketing automation flows from another tool and started to enhance them. The major new area we have been able to develop is an understanding of our customer base and their behaviour. We have built an RFM model and are now looking to develop specific marketing approaches to fit each behaviour.

"Easy to use but robust at the same time. "

What do you like best?

It really helped me to get my automated email campaign off the ground and once set it runs really smoothly with lots of analytics available. Also every change is executed within minutes. The process map (email campaign builder) was really easy to use and with just drag and drop it was done in no time.

What do you dislike?

The product was all good for my purposes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It can serve as website laboratory where you can really easily set-up what you need to measure, adjust accordingly to keep your feedback look fast and only then decide about the permanent solution.

"Centralizing marketing activities and taking them to next level"

What do you like best?

Exponea integrates many marketing activities into one system and is getting better over time quickly. Automatizations such as triggered actions, e-mails or smart A/B testing are allowing us to address the customer more consistently and effectivelly. The campaign editor is intuitive, super-easy to use and yet so powerful - frankly, when I saw it for the first time, I just said wow. And yeah, the system is still pretty fast overall.

What do you dislike?

As we were probably one of the first customers using Exponea (back when it was called Infinario), first integrations were not seamless. But it was tackled really well by Exponea team and the product was getting better literally day by day. Also, the more data it collects, the more options you have how to use them - but the database of events is also growing fast in that event and you can easily run over quotas. Luckily, the team has always been kind and found a way how to solve it together.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used few systems to direct-mail and approach our customers - including in-house built and 3rd party systems. It was hard (and many times impossible) to keep them in sync and they also missed some advanced features. Exponea integrated all this together into one product, get us rid of managing few more databases and now enables us to give our customers more seamless experience. Custom dashboards and integrations with 3rd party apps as Slack are proving to be quite useful for our marketing team, too.

"Effective lighthouse in the vast sea of user generated data"

What do you like best?

Very effective and easy to use way how to collect, analyse and understand our clients activity and behaviour. Comes with a possibility to scale output complexity from very vast and deep (for project leads) to high-level overview (executive team).

As co-founder and lead producer in F2P mobile gaming company, I believe that understanding our customer behaviour is a key for company and project success.

Exponea tool set and expertise help us to collect, analyse and understand what our customers do in our game, what they love, and how we can improve their gaming experience (and therefore increase the project performance).

Last but not least Exponea team approach and support is far above industry standard.

What do you dislike?

Missing the mobile version of our data dashboards.

"Amazing data analytics tool for F2P games."

What do you like best?

Flexibility and customisation. We went through many analytics tools and as they look good on first sight and offer pre-made dashboard, we run into problems, whenever we needed something custom made for our own needs and own tracking. With Exponea, we finally found tool, that doesn’t limit us and we can track basically whatever we want, however we want and react to those data as we need. We didn’t find any limitation in our needs so far and that is unique!

What do you dislike?

Could be faster learning curve. It takes some time to get into it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We had already plan to start implementing own solution as we were very disappointed with tools available. Exponea changed our plans. I recommend for everyone who needs quality tracking of user behaviour and custom needs.

We are gaming company and creating free to play games, where analysing user data and behaviour is essential to succeed. Exponea helped us to find problems and to make solutions for them. From time we have Expona we significantly grew all our KPIs. We like Expona mostly because it is framework, that can tailor our need in analytics, dashboard and campaigns.

"Exponea is like a swiss army knife - it's ready to help you out with any possible eventuality."

What do you like best?

At Slido, we want to enhance the engagement of your audience at conferences. Event and marketing managers are our main customers. Exponea helps us to predict our customers’ behavior and data-based decisions. Historical event data is important to us - by leveraging it we build predictive analyses of what decisions our customers are most likely to make. Our decision tree optimally segments users by their probability to achieve a given goal.

What do you dislike?

It would be great to have a mobile app to easily access our dashboards on the go.

Each flow on the Slido website starts and ends with a specific event. I really appreciate presented visualisations of the customer journey between selected events with the ability to drill-down and further filter events from the columns. Regarding the flows, we are interested mainly in what customers do after visiting a website, what are the events and actions preceding the end of a visit.

Regarding specific campaigns we track what action customers make after a clicking to an URL and which events result to a conversion.

What do you like best?

Exponea finds new ways and strategies how to optimize and improve performance of marketing campaign in various channels. It is value driven and helped us to drive increase in both conversions and value per visitor. I like the way Exponea enables me to perform better, not just by collecting data (being data based) but also by enabling me to reach my goals with more easily.

What do you dislike?

Exponea has wide focus and I am still not able to use its full potential.

"Experience with Exponea"

What do you like best?

Exponea enables me to create a campaign in a few clicks and helps me be both more efficient and effective in my work. Particularly, I like flexibility of email editor and personalization possibilities which help me to create relevant content to our customer and send it to them at per-person tailor time. Exponea’s flexibility enables me to think of infinite number use-cases since from my experience there is always a way how to do it in Exponea. There is always a consultant ready to help me and support on my hacking journey for a new out of the box use-case.

What do you dislike?

There are occasional UX struggles which however do not influence the functionality, rather design. I would like to have an access from mobile which Exponea does not offer.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Most important thing in the beginning is "internal audit" of data and what you want to track and how. Without that no marketing cloud will be good.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Via Exponea I manage whole communication with our customers where we create several types of emails such as x-sell, up-sell, reactivation, onboarding.

"Empowering solution that makes marketers less dependent on IT department"

What do you like best?

Apart from great UX which makes the platform very easy to use, even for new user, I appreciate how expeonea empowers growth marketers by making them less dependent on IT departments. This solution makes designing, test and evaluating the impact of new email campaign, web layer or targeting incredibly easy. Last but not least, it works very well with 3rd parties - we''ve been enjoying the benefits of its integration with both Facebook and Adwords API lately.

What do you dislike?

Since Exponea is still a fast growing SaaS company, there are obviously some growing pains. We have noticed that are account managers have been changed a couple times. I assume this is due to rapid growth of the company itself.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I highly recommend Exponea. It is a platform, do not count on it making the magic happen by itself - but it will empower you to make it happen. All in all it is a great product with superb support (seriously, they usually reply within 5 minutes of your request) and I honestly can't recommend it enough.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As I mentioned earlier, it empowers marketers by making them less dependent on the IT. If we decide to test a new trigger-mail scenario, we do not have to ask our IT department to do all the heavy lifting - prepare the segments, set up the mailing etc anymore. This provides us with dramatically quicker iteration cycle and allows us to test a lot more hypothesis while saving precious development time.

Additionally, I enjoy the fact that customer segments from exponea can be used as audiences in both adwords and facebook - which provides us with even more smart options in terms of LTV management.

"Intuitive Data and Marketing Platform"

What do you like best?

The ability to build and share Dashboards for external partners and quick prototyping of reporting views.

Easiness of use even for data and analysis newbies.

Level of customer support.

The reputation of Exponea as employer.

Security and trackability are generally very well thought out.

Real-time big data management is well done.

There has been little to none down-time so far.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the rate of innovations in the product is too quick to catch up with. Also the documentation catches up vagrantly.

Data imports are rudimentary at current level but word is campaign management is going to improve.

Make sure to join the Slack community for additional resources.

We're using the reporting features as single source of truth within the company. Dashboards in use show the state of the company from various points of view on monthly or weekly basis, or even allow an operational view drilling down to hours and minutes, particularly useful when analysing new distributions.

Reports allow slicing and dicing of event based data. Analysts have a variety of tools including a Flow chart effectively allowing to cross-check with other data sources within the company such as Google Analytics.

Campaigns allow rapid marketing e-mail or weblayer campaigns design, testing and evaluation. This is particularly useful for e-commerce.

We have also repurposed the push features to allow secure, trackable and targeted in-app communication with end-users of our product, a browser-extension best-in-breed password manager.

"User friendly system"

What do you like best?

The fact that we can create our own email templates and edit the code immediately. Exponea has also some advaced features that have benefited our company significantly with efficiency in performing routime email sends.

What do you dislike?

The tool is really robust and you need to get to know each other to start achieving the goals.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The support and customer succes managers are good at what they are doing. They came up with specific use cases that worked for us. If there isn´t an immediate and clear solution to a problem, they help figure out a solution until they can make the situation right.

Seinding out pesonalizet newsletter campaigns to specific segments of our list an stopped sending out general emails to our entire email list of customers. Exponea is complete solution for web tracking, email marketing and web conversions.

"The best marketing automation tool out there!"

What do you like best?

I used to work with many marketing automation tools in the past such as Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot, but Exponea was totally the best solution for our business needs. It's one of the most complex tools which provides us with amazing 1:1 personal communication to our targets. Exponea si truly the future of marketing cloud.

There's nothing really specific I dislike about this platform. You may think firstly that it's hard to implement this platform for your needs but once you start using this tool you discover unlimited options it provides you with.
