This made our badging process ridiculously easy for us and our attendees. This really does work as simply as they claim it does. Everything arrived at our meeting venue and the equipment was labeled and color coded for easy setup. The actual badge printing process was very quick and additions/edits were easy to make as needed. It seems like there are two admin pages but not all features are accessible depending on the page you are on. It can be annoying to find things at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Expo Pass solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to preprint and sort all of our attendee badges. We'd have to manually print/reprint badges as needed for on-site registrations or to make edits. Expo Pass made all of these issues go completely go away. Attendees were able to quickly and easily get their own badges and make any edits on-demand. What is usually a hectic first morning at our conference turned into the easiest. The system is so easy to use and it has made my job easier and it looks professional! The customer support team is also so wonderful to work with, it get reminder emails about our events coming up and they are quick to respond when I ask a question. My only issue that I've had while using Expo Pass is that uploading the attendee list into the system (because we use another website for attendees to register for our event) is very touchy. It usually takes me a few tries to get the list perfect for the system to take it and I would love to have a template to use for this. But it's not a make or break issue for me. We have been using Expo Pass for the last two years now. Easy to use product; appreciated the 1h call onsite to help us set up the equipment; everything ran smoothly, we had no issues. Packing was quick, instructions were clearly explained. Our attendees were impresses by the fact they could print their badges onsite. No need to have hundreds plastic badges on large tables. We used 3 iPads and 2 printers and it looked really nice and professional. What do you dislike about Expo Pass? I would say that badges after 2 days could get worn up or curved. A few attendees have asked us to re-print those badges. I’ve used a few different platforms over the years (and sat through many, many demos), and I haven’t seen anything that compares. You can instantly print attendee badges (or have attendees print them themselves, though we’re very white glove with our process), make changes on the spot, and manage everything right from the iPad or your computer—and those updates are instant. I’ve had so many attendees comment on how impressed they are with the check-in process, and I’ve recommended ExpoPass to countless other event leads who come to our events. The only thing I’ve noticed recently (and it’s probably user error on my end. I just need to ask about it) is that the check-in screen seems a bit smaller than it used to be, which makes it a little harder to review the badge before printing. I liked that the Expo Pass system functioned reliably and was easy to use. The equipment arrived ready for use and was picked up on time as promised. Our attendees liked that they were able to make corrections to their badges prior to printing and appreciated how the printing speed expedited their check-in/registration process. The setup call we had onsite was quick and efficient. Using the badge printing system saved us a lot of time close to the conference, as we were able to focus on the last-minute needs of our registrants instead of printing/re-printing, stuffing, and shipping badge holders ahead of time. We were a bit nervous about how the badge printing process would play out in action onsite but never experienced any major issues.
