Exploscope keeps two things in order on a site with an explosive atmosphere: the state of the explosion protection document, and the permits that are open today. THE DOCUMENT, SECTION BY SECTION The document has parts it must contain: the inventory of explosive atmospheres, the zone classification, the ignition source analysis, the technical and organisational measures taken, equipment suitability, coordination, and the update record. Each part carries a status — present, missing, needs updating — with an owner and a date, and the whole shows a completion percentage. Updates are triggered by events, not by memory: a process change, a new substance, new equipment, an incident.
