We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced system lag and challenges when updating pay applications. Performance issues like the ones you mentioned aren’t typical among our customer base, so we’d really appreciate the chance to troubleshoot further. If you’re open to it, it would be helpful to know whether you’re self-hosted or using our SaaS environment so we can pinpoint the cause.

As for the pay application process, there are other options in Eclipse that may help you avoid reversing entries when changes are needed. Your Explorer Account Manager would be happy to connect you to resources to help you set up a workflow that works better for your team.
